This is a very belated review for the services we received from Will. We had a complex remortgage to take us off a bridging loan on a residential auction purchase. The prospect of not getting a mortgage offer was pretty terrifying but nonetheless a risk we chose to take on a unique house. Will was calm, positive, realistic, reassuring and diligent throughout. We had one refusal which was a bleak moment. Will’s response was unfailingly upbeat: “if we need to do a hundred applications, we will, and we will get there”. Luckily, the second came through but I have no doubt he had the other 98 in him. Thank you very much, Will. I never miss an opportunity to recommend your services.

Very helpful in securing the best deal
Very helpful in securing the best deal. Also worked hard to get us a deal before the end of a day that the mortgage companies were having to increase their rates.
Definitely takes the stress and hassle of organising the mortgage ourselves.

A true port in the storm!
I first listed my property in 2023 with no bites until 2025. One remortgage, two different estate agents, and three failed moving dates later, I eventually moved in 2026! Mortgage Medics were the one constant through all the stress. William & Andrea were always available with help and advice (or just a listening ear) when nothing else seemed to be going to plan. I can’t thank them enough for guiding me through the most stressful experience of my life. I will never go anywhere else.

Brilliant, stress free.
Gemma and Toby were extremely helpful in getting us onto the best available Mortgage rate and really took all of the stress out of everything for us. Friendly service for a tricky case like us
We were not an easy case to deal with given our ages and credit history but Will and Andrea between them worked miracles finding us a decent mortgage provider. We were guided through the entire process and no request was too small. Reasonable fees taken as part of the mortgage so very little required upfront, and we were clearly indicated all terms and conditions every step of the way. Very happy.

Ella and Andrea were so helpful professional and very responsive from start to finish. We had to withdraw an offer due to problems with the first property and they were so helpful through this time and swiftly rearranged the mortgage for our next property that we have now completed on. The other benefit was their calmness through it all. We’ve already recommended them to friends and wouldn’t hesitate recommending them to anyone. An absolutely brilliant service. Thank you!

Smooth remortgage
We have been using mortgage medics for a long time and it has always been a great experience. It was a fairly straightforward remortgage this time, but it went very smoothly and I knew I wouldn't need to worry about things or chase anything up.
