Richard Pomerantz helped me find a mortgage provider to remortgage my property, and switch it from a residential mortgage, which had risen in costs considerably, to a buy to let mortgage. I had tried several other mortgage providers who were unable to source this, due to my property being rented to a private sector leasing company.
