It wasn't always clear to me what was needed to fill in as I'm Dutch but Simon was always there to help and explain. This resulted in a smooth process with the lending proces and aquirement of my new home.

Martine is hands down the best mortgage agent! Our case was a bit more difficult but she stayed with us for more than half of a year, providing info all that time and doing more than she can in every step from the beginning to getting mortgage. We had a failed property seller, tax-period change (requiring document resubmission), eventually, timing issues - despite all that we felt like we had a reliable partner that helped us handle all that. Absolutely recommended!

Simon Staples led us through our purchase process from beginning to end. He was wonderful, not only polite and professional but also so friendly and incredibly helpful in what is a very complicated process.
He made sure that we understood exactly what was happening and what we needed to do at every step of the way.
