Für mich bietet das Motel One Leipzig an der Nikolaikirche das beste Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis in zentraler Innenstadtlage. Die Lage ist perfekt, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar.

Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und bietet für jeden Geschmack etwas. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben sind die Frische der Produkte und die große Auswahl.

Die Zimmer sind sauber, modern eingerichtet und sehr gepflegt. Ich habe mich vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt. Das gesamte Hotel macht einen hochwertigen und einladenden Eindruck.

Klare Empfehlung für einen Aufenthalt in Leipzig. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen!

I’ve stayed regularly at the Motel One, Royal Exchange Manchester City centre. My experience is that the location is excellent the reception staff cannot do enough to assist you and are always warm and welcoming. The cleaning staff all have exceptional standards they make your bed to precision and cannot clean the motel environment and individual rooms enough. Carpets on each corridor floor are brand new. I don’t have one negative to write. I would definitely recommend to everyone. I would like to personally thank at the front desk Evie, Michael, Fatima, Georgiana also the brilliant cleaning staff Elizabeth, Sissy, Amy, Adna who are the most professional cleaners ever. You are all wonderful.

Keine Kulanz! Bisher war ich mit Motel One zufrieden. Leider zeigte sich bei der letzten Buchung, dass es bei Motel One keine Chance auf Kulanz gibt. Ich musste leider aufgrund eines medizinischen Notfalls meinen Aufenthalt stornieren und hab die Zeit im Krankenhaus verbringen müssen. Eine Kulanzanfrage durch Check24 wurde abgelehnt. Und das am ersten Oktoberfestwochenende, wo es in München wohl kein Problem ist, das Hotel voll auszubuchen. Ein Gutschein für eine Folgebuchung wäre schön gewesen. Für mich klar, nie wieder Motel One buchen.

I visit this hotel regularly with work and it's really hard to fault for value for money. Yes, a cooked breakfast would be lovely but it's something worth sacrificing for the amazing staff. I can not speak highly enough of them, from @enzo with his best long island iced teas and toasties to @Francesco, who is the ultimate bar tender. A real genuine guy who makes you feel forever welcome. 100% recommended

Motel One Mitte - Berlin.
Dit is de 3e keer dat ik bij Motel One reserveer, maar ook de laatste keer. Het hotel ligt op een goede locatie, vlakbij de metro en een toffe wijk.
Het begon al bij aankomst, ondanks dat ik Be One klant ben, kreeg ik geen fles water aangeboden. Hier moesst ik zelf achter vragen nadat ik reclame hierover zag in de lift. De keycard om de kamerdeur te openen werkte meer niet dan wel. We moesten regelmatig iemand van de receptie of de poetsvrouw vragen om ons binnen te laten.
De tv werkte ook niet, bleek dat de batterij van de afstandsbediening leeg te zijn.
Het ontbijt is eenzijdig, geen warm ontbijt enkel een hard gekookt ei. Geen gebakken eitje of wat spek 's morgens wat ik wel miste na 9 ochtenden hetzelfde te krijgen.
De ontbijtruimte ligt vlak aan het onthaal en is erg klein. Het personeel is erg luidruchtig en constant aan het praten wat rustig ontbijten om 7u onmogelijk maakt.
Kom je later ontbijten, dan is het hel qua geluid. De muziek staat ook erg luid. Er was ook een groep kunstenaars die het heel erg leuk vonden om zeer luid te praten, elkaar te verwelkomen met veel geste zodat iedereen het had gezien. Ook hun conversaties kon je in de ganse ruimte volgen. Ze palmden de ganse ruimte in.
Je zit zo dicht op elkaar dat rustig ontbijten helaas niet kan.
We kregen op uitdrukkelijke vraag voor het ongemak met de deur en tv uiteindelijk 2 consumpties. Bestelden 2 gin/tonic maar de gin was ver te bespeuren... De bar was ook altijd leeg.
Kortom, wij komen hier niet meer. Ik zal een andere keten zoeken en de reviews eerst lezen voor ik nog eens boek.

Das Zimmer entsprach meinen Erwartungen, ruhig, gute Matratze, hell, richtig gute Dusche. Das Ambiente in den gemeinschaftlichen Räumen und sogar hinter dem Haus ist angenehm.
Das Frühstück kenne ich von Motel One besser: es gibt nur hartgekochte Eier, kein Rührei, keinen Räucherlachs, auch auf Wunsch keine Mayonnaise. Dafür halte ich den Preis nicht angemessen.

Das Zimmer war etwas klein, aber sauber und zweckmäßig. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis okay. Gutes Frühstück mit sehr zuvorkommende Restaurant Leitung (Tunesier). Ausgesprochen freundlich und aufmerksam.

I can only speak to my own experience, which was with the Berlin and Köln locations in Germany, both were great value for money and a solid stay overall.
Special mention to the Köln location though, and specifically a staff member called Marina. My mum left her phone in the room after checkout, and Marina went above and beyond to help sort it out. She kept in regular contact with me throughout, stayed late while we worked through some email issues, and arranged for the phone to be couriered back to the UK.
That level of care and effort is rare and made a real difference at a stressful moment. Marina is an absolute credit to the company. I'll definitely be staying at the German locations again.

Seit meiner letzten Erfahrung (Hotel war ok, aber nicht gut) buche ich kaum noch dort. Aber ich bekomme permanent Spam zugeschickt mit Werbung von Angeboten. Eine Einwilligung habe ich nie gegeben und im System abgewählt. Nun habe ich die Kommunikation geblockt. Sowas penetrantes und missbrauch der Daten.

Sauber. Freundliches Personal. Hilfsbereit.
Sehr gutes üppiges Frühstück - es wurde immer nachgelegt. Wunderbare Auswahl von allem ! Gediegene Hotelbar mit großer Auswahl an Getränken !
Fantastische Lage. Kurzer Weg zum Hauptbahnhof. Öffis vor der Tür.
Nächstes Mal würde ich allerdings ein größeres Zimmer buchen; Standart Zimmer ist etwas eng. Gartenzimmer sind sehr schön ruhig ! 4 🌟 von zufriedenen Gästen ❤️

Stayed at Newcastle motel one, location wise it’s fantastic, staff on arrival were great, rooms a bit shoddy compared to the beautiful reception area which is very swanky! Room was clean although Carpets are a bit grubby! Another party member had issues with the door to the room it wouldn’t close in their room and they slept with the door open!! Next morning we went to grab a coffee in reception and was served by a young dark haired lady she told us to grab a drink from the breakfast section and she would charges us for what we wanted, because at this point there was a few waiting to be served, went over and the another blonde haired female staff member told us to put the mugs back she was very abrupt and rude and at one point had to remind her we were customers! If you have cctv watch it back 4th July around 9.30am No customer services skills at all! So rude! This was the only rude staff member we came across everyone else was great!

Have stayed Princes Street Edinburgh a few times. Rooms a good size compared to others have stayed in. Main issue with our most recent stay was booked a city view as like to people watch in the evening and last time had a great view of Princes Street sitting by the window but this time window raised with very deep windowsill so could only see buildings. And beds felt just a bit too firm.

Grundsätzlich war der Aufenthalt ok. Jedoch gab es ein paar Punkte, die für mich nicht akzeptabel sind.

1) Geruchsbelästigung im Zimmer durch Abwasser.

2) Unfreundliches Personal in der Rooftop Bar. Wir haben am 07.06. abends gegen 23.30h 20 Minuten auf der Terasse gewartet und es kam kein Kellner. Ich bin reingegangen, um etwas zu bestellen. Der Kellner forderte mich auf mich hinzusetzen, er würde gleich kommen. Als dann nach 10 Minuten immer noch niemand kam und ein anderer Tisch bereits bedient wurde, bin ich noch einmal reingegangen, um nach zu hören. Er wurde dann unfreundlicher und schickte mich wieder zum Tisch. Er würde gleich kommen. Einige Minuten später kam dann eine Kollegin raus und bediente uns.

3) Ich habe in meiner Recherche über HRS nur Hotels mit eigenem Parkplatz gesucht. Ihres wurde mir dabei angezeigt. Jedoch mussten wir dann feststellen, dass Ihr Hotel gar keinen eigenen Parkplatz hat, geschweige denn eine Tiefgarage im Hause. Der ausgewiesene Parkplatz durch die Rezeption befindet sich mindestens 15 Minuten fußläufig entfernt und ist nicht überdacht. Vor der Tür gibt es keine Möglichkeit das Gepäck auszuladen, weil fast die gesamte Parkreihe E-Ladesäulen sind, die auch meistens belegt sind. Man steht mit dem Auto mitten auf der Straße und muss das Gepäck ausladen, oder man muss es vom Parkplatz aus sehr mühsam zum Hotel bringen. Das ist sehr umständlich.

Bei einem Hotel, welches nicht über einen angrenzenden Parkplatz oder eigene Tiefgarage verfügt, sollte es mindestens eine eigene Auffahrt geben auf der man ungestört das Gepäck ausladen kann und einchecken kann und anschließend das Fahrzeug wegbringen kann. Dies ist in anderen Motel Ones auch so realisiert. Es wäre auch hier möglich, weil vor dem Hotel genügend Platz für eine Auffahrt ist.

Motel One - Edinburgh ("Royal") - Market st.
This is a shabby and vastly overpriced hotel. Yes, great location, it is true. But based on this first (and last) experience with Motel One, I would NEVER book this hotel chain again. Yuk.

De leidinggevende bij de Roofbar in Motel One Rotterdam, vooral Adrian is erg onaardig en niet klantvriendelijk. Niet naartoe gaan. Nog nooit zo slecht behandeld in de horeca als door Adrian. Heel jammer. Het hotel is mooi, maar het personeel maakt of je je echt welkom voelt.

I had a very unpleasant experience while staying at Motel One Paris Porte de Versailles. My original booking was automatically cancelled by the system because it was linked to a cancelled flight. Within minutes of receiving the cancellation notification, I rebooked the same room for the same dates at the same hotel.
I immediately called the hotel to explain the situation; however, the staff member who answered was rude and showed no understanding. When I arrived at the hotel later that day, I explained the situation again at check-in and asked whether the cancellation fee could be waived, given that I had rebooked straight away. I was told that this would be checked and that I would not be charged.
The following morning at check-out, I asked once more for confirmation. One receptionist told me that since I had not been charged by that point, there would be no additional fee. Another staff member responded in French while rolling her eyes, which I found unprofessional and uncomfortable.
Two days later, I was very surprised to see that the cancellation fee had been charged on top of the room fee, directly contradicting what I had been told multiple times by hotel staff. I also sent a follow-up email after the charge was applied but did not receive any response.
This was a business trip, and based on this experience, I will ensure that neither I nor my colleagues stay at this hotel again. Poor communication, inconsistent information, and unprofessional behaviour made this stay extremely disappointing.

Motel one Newcastle worst hotel I’ve stayed in Newcastle dirty room carpet was filthy shower just dribbling water out informed reception, got up in the morning still no shower, reception area gives a good impression but the rooms where a different one won’t be back

Turned up to find they don't even have a car park, let alone parking outside the room as is the case with every other motel we've stayed in.

Reception staff directed us to a car park down the road that cost almost as much as the room we booked.

Da war ich doch viele Jahre Motel-One-Kunde. Jetzt gibt´s mein Konto nicht mehr und der Buchungslauf ist komplizierter geworden. Ich vermute, da sind jetzt Excel-Manager am Werk, die die Gene vom ehemaligen MotelOne nicht kennen, keine Ahnung von Service-Management haben und den ganzen Tag rum rumexceln.
Schade. Aber mir egal - buche ich halt in anderen Hotels.

Abbsolut nicht kulant ! Werde da nie wieder buchen.
Kann nur jeden von Motel One abraten.
Wir haben da sehr oft mit der Firma gebucht aber ab sofort nie wieder !
Lassen keine Stornierung zu und wir müssen alles bezahlen.
