Why is this company still in business.

Surely, they cannot trade in this manner.

People should keep away and never buy anything from this establishment.

This company is 100% CORRUPT! Under no circumstances go anywhere near this Motor Arena!! It’s beyond me why in this day and age in the UK companies like this are allowed to exist. Bought a Mazda and within 24 hrs it had broken down, reason was s leaking oil feed which ruined the engine at a cost of over £3000 to repair. They want nothing to do with many many calls so we are now starting court proceedings to recover our money. They are pleasant until you give them your money but be assured you will be buying a piece of junk from conmen.

I purchased a Mondeo on the 20th August for £9450 it was advertised with full service history when i got the car home the manual was in the car but minus the service book. There was no spare key and they had put 2 used tyres on the front which were also a different size to the rear ones.
A waste of time trying to contact them in any form as they do not reply, i am in the process of going through trading standards at the moment.
If you value your hard earned money and the safety of yourself and passengers do not go anywhere near these despicable people especially Maz the boss.
If i could have given them less than one star i would have.
Buyer Beware these people have no morals i do not know how they can sleep at night.

I wish I read reviews ! Stay clear I bought a ford kuga a couple of weeks ago, with recent 12months mot , had it in for a service today and several faults totalling £956 after spending £6999 on a vehicle it’s not what you expect ! Shoddy cars and they simply ignore you when you call and message etc

Please advoid - You dont want to go through what I am going through.
Purchased a vehicle few weeks ago, when was delivered I had few issues with them. Example no door handle, shards of glass all over the seats, no manual,broken key, no warantee information as promised. Within 2 weeks my clutch stopped working whilst driving, I immediately stopped driving the vehicle and called AA eho informed me that vehicle is not safe to drive, told me there is an issue with the clutch. I informed Motor Arena after numerous conversations and emails and they told me to take it to a local VAT registered garage to get a inspection and then get back to them, when vehicle was taken to garage it actually have several serious issues with the vehicle and even they couldnt believe I was sold this vehicle in the state its in. Report was sent to Motor Arena and they deny any fault. I have asked for a full refund as still within. 30 days, but they are not accepting this. This company says they are RAC Approved dealership, but all the points raised are against the RAC approved dealership. I've had to seek legal advice to help me get a refund and have alot of proof vehicle was not satisfactory and not fit for purpose. Being a key worker I have now been without a vehicle and long process ahead to just get a refund. No apology from Motor Arena, they just try to avoid all emails and calls. Im telling you this because what I am going through is upsetting and stressful and want others to be aware. Thanks

Less if could . BOught a car to claim 12 month M.O.t to find out it has none said had full bmw service history to realise has part . Absolute joke of a company . So due to the consumer rights acts and my evidence and proof of misleading trading standards I am now in the process of taking them through the courts as I can and will as nothing better to do so even if not win anything they will need to put up a case and waste there Time as they did me and a lot of other peoples ani have so much time to spare I will do my upmost best to get them to change there acts . Avoid avoid avoid. Just asked a simple question as I’m car shopping atm. Not even a customer yet and the hostility and sarcasm I received was so uncalled for. Can’t imagine how they’d treat people who are already customers. Disappointing service from a guy called Danny. Avoid at all costs. Not surprised all the reviews are bad.

Dodgy communications, got forbid if there is something wrong with the car - you’ll have no chance.

Bought a car at the beginning of the month, been trying to get hold of em since, mobile number mailbox ‘full’ whomever you speak to, the other isn’t in, or visa versa. Never call you back no matter how many messages you leave.

Broken promises, lots of talk and all deceit and rubbish.

There cars ive discovered aren’t even their cars, there kind of a broker whom take repossessions, cat S car and other ones that aren’t in the shape they tell us as consumers to buy.

Lots of money that can’t be afforded to lose but these guys don’t care

Bought the car drove home 4 hours,no log book or info in the glove compartment as I was told,made me suspicious done a RAC check on the car and low and behold it is a cat”s” car.
DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM.

Honestly the absolute worse!
I am exhausted and completely drained by this company. I cannot begin to explain how awfully they have treated me. I bought a car in October2019 from Motor Arena. When i first went down to see the car, the vehicle was missing sme of the specified items on the list as per the advert on autotrader. Due to long 5hours drive just one way we agreed upon sale that the 2/3 missing items would be delivered to me within 28days maximum to save me from doing the insane journey again. One being a SATNAV SD Card and the second being the second set of keys (which was apparently still with the old owner). For SIX months I have been back and fourth with MAZ the sales rep, where he kept making excuses for not having the items.
Within the six months, I have had to get legal advice, Pay for recorded delivery letters stating my rights as they blocked my number and had ignored me. I have had to pay for Car services which was confirmed upon sale that was already completed. I contacted aftercare sales team; still six months down the line have no information of the car being sold to me! I am currently going through mediation (which is also costing me), where Motor Arena are still unresponsive. Now there is an issue that we both have different versions of the advert that was placed on Auto trader; They either keep a different version of the ad to cover them for fraud or have edited the version sent through by Autotrader, both im sure is illegal.
I cannot believe the lengths this company has gone to, to lie or falsify information. Its disgusting.
Honestly I know you might think you're getting a great buy but it will cost you a lot more to actually get the item as per description!

This company is fraud. They mislead people who are applying for the job. They offer you a good job online but after you have got the job they offer you an alternative job. At the time of the interview they offer you £8.21 per hour and then short after being their for over a week or so they offer you £3 per hour.
I was offered a job as a receptionist/administrator from 9 till 6 at the rate pay of £8.21 short after a week I was offered £3 per hour. If you are applying for this company please do not leave your current job due to them saying we really want you and as you will leave your other job for this company once you have been there for a week they will offer you an alternative job and the pay rate

This company is a joke, messed about from day 1, they are fraudulent, they fob you off, they are crooks, Rob money off people, the police have now been informed, direct message, you will be paying a lot more than my money owed in courts fees. I suggest you book your ideas up instantly.

Avoid at all costs!! They are all over you when selling u the car, but when your garage discovers a problem thats going to cost you over £300 they fob you off!! Myself and my garage have emailed them and still nothing on a car that shouldn't be on the road with the fault!!

UPDATE - was asked to take the review down and they would pay half of the £450 back. Left us hanging for weeks and didn’t pay it. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Lies and excuses all the way. All these people can’t be wrong....

Stole £450 deposit from us! We made the mistake of not reading the reviews for this company before buying from them. We found a car we liked online and went to view. The car was right down the bottom end of the forecourt and jam packed in between hundreds of cars. We however decided to go ahead with the purchase and was reassured by Mr Saleem (Owner) that the car would be ready 2 days later with a full service, valet, and all dents and scratches dealt with. We called 3 days later and had to leave a message as answerphone only. When they called back they said it needed a part. It was being delivered the next day and would be ready to pick up the following afternoon. The following afternoon came round and no call from them. We tried again and again only to get the answerphone. Eventually a call back to say the part didnt come in the previous day. No call to tell us that though! Again had to wait. We waited a further 4 days with no update. We then checked the reviews and saw this was a common problem. We decided not to go ahead with the purchase as the car we were buying was not the car advertised in the condition promised. Lost deposit and no call back to explain why. They will be great with you until you pay them your deposit (which is a large on by BANK TRANSFER ONLY!!) THIS is so you don't back out. We did and now are £450 down but much better than buying a car which was not as described. Beware....this company are con artists!!!!

After purchasing a £14,500 BMW X5 the car had a list of faults including Transfer box faulty,rear diff leaking,2 illegal tyres,2 bottom arms dangerous,this car dealer will not even talk to me over faults,now preparing for court action,PLEASE AVOID as if you do have a fault they WILL ignore you as well.
