Charged ev at MFG charger in Morrisons car park Copperfield Rd.
First attempt failed and was directed by charger to use the alternative charger point which was successful, however checked later to find that "two" separate holding fees of £45 had been charged to my account just seconds between them.
How can this be acceptable? You don't get this problem when buying petrol or diesel at "pay at pump" forecourts.
Couldn't find any references to £45 payments on my mfg app so I have everything crossed that the £90 less charge fee will be returned to my account.

The app always crashing, its saying the EV station is used but no car was connected to the EV station, I don't know how a big company can't sort out the app and the got 900 station around the country, I don't think I will be using them again I rather go with BP which I never had an issue

First charger stopped working the second after I plugged it in - taking the prepayment of £40 of course. The second charger seems to be working but if course, I am now down £80 until MFG release the payment - MFG said the bank take the prepayme t not them which I found odd.

Do not use this company. After them hiking the price of 5 minutes of air by a whopping 50%, I was infuriated to find the air ran out in 3 minutes 40 seconds, which was only enough to inflate 3 of my 4 tyres. When I complained, I received a token generic apology and the buck was passed onto the manufacturer of the equipment. What a rip-off!

Officially the WORST jet was in have ever used. Don't use any of this company's services. When it goes wrong (EVERYTIME I'VE USED IT)
You have to call them be on hold for half hour, send a dozen emails of proof, then wait weeks! Just for a refund! Terrible Terrible company!!

They have taken over the car wash in Marlborough Wiltshire. Big sign after three washes one free.
1. You have to download app....can't do that there. Downloaded app at home.
2. Back at the garage the app first can't find the site, and second when you manually locate the site, won't load the code.
3. The code?! What code? You have to ask someone. You have to go into the shop. Then in the app generate a QR for them to scan. It wouldn't so gave up.
4. At home it immediately generated the code.

So my complaints are;
1) No instructions on the display on how to use the app, you don't use the credit card scanner at the car wash!
2) The app requires a high speed internet connection, so no use in the shop where you are supposed to use it.
3) All this requires a lot of effort by the customer in order to get a higher priced service even after the discount. It is not for me to explain to you how to improve your customer interface, but surely even your most lowly employee could explain why this is terrible and you are struggling to get an AVERAGE over 1 stars.

Reasonably priced EV charging, nice clean forecourt and good location. Didn't get email receipt but could see it on the screen. Would use again.

Avoid this company if you can.I was having issues charging my MG5 Exclusive.It'll start charging after payment and stop within seconds.I downloaded the app. Initially it worked.In fact it worked only only twice.It has since been given error messages whenever I tried to make payment for charging the battery of my car.I called their customer service the lady was not able to help.I spent nealy an hour without having the issue resolved,although they have retained £50.00 deposit.This is not the first of such experiences.I have decided to switch to a competitor that charges way more than Mfg,but has always offered a reliable service and dont retain the paid deposit for long.I hardly give negative review of a product or services,but Mfg can do better hence this review.I will definitely not recommend Mfg.

I have been charged twice in quick succession for my car wash at my local car wash in morrisons car park north west London.
I want my refund.. There is no customer service number at the forecourt.

Used their carwash in Leigh Sports Village. Paid for the £12 top wash, and it failed to wash the back of my car. Literally as dirty as when it went in. The nearby air pump was broken, too, leaving my tyre dangerous deflated until I could get to another garage. I complained and they refused a refund. So I'll be avoiding and you should, too.

Morrisons Ayr - approx 415 today at pump 10 - £40.03 for petrol and then purchased 2 packs of cigs at a total of just under £28. In my book that adds up to £68 and not the £81.70 they have charged me. Sadly I didnt take my receipt, paid by phone and only noticed when it flagged the pending payment. Bank cant even cancel it apparently - last time ever to use this crowd of sharks

I would give zero if possible, went to my local BP, MFG provider of there fuel, I put £30 of petrol in my car, didn’t show up on my gauge, took my car for a drive and the gauge level went down not up,Took my car to Tesco fuel station and put £30 in an gauge went up, subsequently after putting in the £30 at tescos I filled up my tank and it took another £32 worth of fuel, if I’d received the £30 fuel from BP this amount wouldn’t be possible. BP garage advised to go through MFG, I did, cut a long story short apparently no problems there end and told to check my fuel gauge. Nothing wrong with my fuel gauge, didn’t receive my petrol, technically I’ve given then £30 for nothing. Disgusting

Ignorant cashier, more interested in having a very loud conversation with two of his friends in their language. I had a Morrison's voucher for extra More points which was just snatched out of my hand, so no idea if it was activated. Also, stood in Gregg's outlet with the intention of purchasing something, but not a member of staff to be seen. Hence to say loss of custom. Will not be returning in a hurry.

Dreadful company. Car suffered significant damage in their Automatic car wash. Denied all liability . No CCTV they claimed. Failed to share their incident report. Will not ever use them or Morrisons supermarket again .

Double charged me because their till froze and they said it hadn't gone through.
Refusing to give my money back even though I provided all the info they requested, they just kept asking for more.

Very angry man from this company banging and bashing around outside a petrol station at 6am. I was concerned i could smell fuel much much more than normally. I gagged when i went outside it smelled so strong. He ignored me and shook his head and walked away muttering under his breath as i was trying to get his attention. Then got in his cab and pulled out in front of another car and drove off in an aggressive manner.
Maybe he didn't speak any English but was very rude and constantly muttering under his breath.
How he’s allowed to drive a fuel tanker i do not know but he needs to be spoken to about this.
Called the company and left a voicemail but never got a reply. Quite common from this company apparently.

I wish i could give zero. Very rude and lacking professional skills. Their air pump station mostly faulty. Three time tried, wasted money and time. When you speak to their staff they can't bother to check the machine.simple answer you noone complained.people could not be bother for £1.50 for air but at the end of the they are not giving service. Staff has no complaints log policy or contact detail.
This is the company with no values.

Paid for a car wash at the Dumbarton Morrisons and the machine failed to activate. When I notified the forecourt staff they did nothing to look into the issue or offer a refund, all I got was contact details for their head office 'customer care'. After phoning and then supplying the pertinent details and documents via email, they turned round and said their team reported no issues that day and my claim was denied. Raised the issue with credit card company and hopefully I'll be recompensed that way however I'll never use this petrol station again and I'll let others know to avoid it also.

Miserable unpleasant people .... I've been in 6 of their stations locally since their takeover of Morrissons fuel stations. Its clear they operate an 'under the radar' staffing policy of certain nationalities. Never have i met such an unpleasant , unhelpful, unwilling band of workers across their outlets. Just awful . I now aviod at all costs.

Honestly, the services are exiting that they provide multiple services including a jet wash and vacuuming service. However, not exciting when you find constant issues with them. When you raise a concern they need a million details before they decide they want to do anything. I find it so frustrating. I would not use their service again for this reason. I would also tell people to avoid for these reasons..
It is nearly impossible to get a refund. No action taken. Just feels so pointless even contacting customer service to start with. More inconvenience
