Leased a new electric car and therefore no longer needed our 74 plate Nissan Qashqai. Phoned around and provided details to all the major outlets. Motorpoints offer was way above its competitors. I booked an appointment and Khalid took the details and paperwork we provided. He took the car away for workshop inspection and said it would be about 30 min. Literally 8 minutes later he came back and said “the car is fine no issues and the full amount will be paid into your bank account in the morning” ( our appointment was for 2pm) as promised the money arrived in our account the next morning.

Provided with a very competitive price to purchase my car. Very easy booking process for the handover and the costumer service dept helped me reorganise my appointment when I realised I needed to remove my private plate. Actual handover was very straight forward and what I was most impressed with was there was no big attempt to reduce the offer, car was checked, documents signed and funds in my account within a few hours. Very impressive service.
