We returned to Move Financial following a positive first experience with Tony. He knew exactly what we were looking for and supported us with the best option for us - despite the market going mad and interest rates flying up.
Tony explained everything in layman's terms and was approachable and helpful throughout the process. We are especially grateful for his support with some disputes and confusion later in the purchase process, after he had completed his role as broker! Nothing was too much and we would highly recommend Tony and his team!

If you know absolutely nothing about buying a property, getting a mortgage and/or are a first time buyer, then you need David and Hannah from Move Financial. They are not a want, they are a need, a necessity, an integral part of your property buying journey.

I cannot tell you how many times I have pestered them both for information, advice or generally to have a mental breakdown (it was borderline harrassment) and everytime they have responded with practical and concise resolutions that have put my mind at ease and given me the confidence to make informed decisions. Even when all the cards are down, every property comes back with a downvaluation and you've lost the will to live, somehow they still manage to pull it out the bag.

They both work incredibly hard to put you in the best possible position to move forward with your purchase; it genuinley feels like you are their only customer!

My experience with them has been faultless: you would be stupid if you didn't work with this dream duo! They made the whole process worth it.

Just want to say a massive thank you to Tony at move financial. After a really awful experience dealing with move residential and ending up financially out of pocket due to their agents telling lies & being deceitful. The complaint I raised somehow landed on Tony’s desk and although it had nothing to do with him & wasn’t in regards to his staff he took it on and dealt with it immaculately. He couldn’t do enough for me, listened to me when I needed to vent and gave honest upfront advice when needed. Nothing was ever too much for Tony and as first time buyers who didn’t have a clue how things worked he has guided us and been so helpful through out what’s been a very stressful and distressing time for us. I’d definitely recommend him for any financial needs as his service is second to none and he has single handedly turned a very negative experience to a positive!

I first met with David Goulding at the back end of September and his advice, support, and knowledge has been nothing but professional. It has been a long process though, his and Charlotte Flavell advice, support, and patience has been greatly appreciated.

I would highly recommend their services to anyone from a first time buyer like myself to a re-mortgage application. They were very approachable and went above and beyond in all aspects and even recommend a solicitor too.

Dave was fantastic, very helpful made us feel like nothing was too much trouble and always on the end of the phone to chat and advise whenever we needed him. We look forward to working with dave again in the near future. We couldn't recommend his services more 100% will be recommending dave to anyone who needs services like this.

Brilliant service from Lee and Hannah. Dealt with everything professionally and quickly whilst still remaining approachable. Lee went through the house buying process with us step by step and was always on hand if we needed him. Hannah was super helpful with our documents and was always very fast and efficient. Leanne from move financial was an absolute superstar during our remortgage process. The solicitors appointed by Barclays were absolutely awful and Leanne ploughed through all of their faff, basically doing their job for them. If not for Leanne I would have given up 1/2 way though the process. Thanks Leanne! move you have a superstar on your hands there

Just had to say a massive thank you to Move Financial – this is the second time we’ve used them, and it’s the second time we’ve been thoroughly delighted. Dave and Leanne; what a fab team you are! We got the clear picture that everyone spoke to each other regularly, which seems to be a rarity from other companies we have dealt with – fab customer service.

Dave allowed us time to absorb the info he was giving us; and combed the market, finding us a mortgage product that suited us – he didn’t try to shoehorn us into something just for speed and ease for him – he took all of our info into account and tailored the experience accordingly.

We received detailed updates from Leanne throughout the process and felt very well looked after by her.

I was given the details for Dave Goulding by a friend of mine who had worked with him previously. We had got in some debt, planned to remortgage but been turned down by my existing lender and even others we had tried, and had lost all hope. Dave was helpful, friendly and professional, and working with the lovely Leanne Ibbotson too, they managed to find us a product that surpassed our expectations! The remortgage deal they found us is honestly life-changing, our debt anxieties are gone and I can’t thank them enough for their invaluable support throughout the whole process!
