Overall excellent experience throughout

I had a great experience with this estate agency. Ronan was really helpful throughout the whole process and was always professional, easy to deal with, and quick to respond. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made things feel much less stressful. I really appreciated all his help and would happily recommend the agency, especially thanks to Ronan.

I had a great experience with MoveHome estate agents when I used them to sell my house. Nigel was the agent we used and he was very responsive and easy to deal with throughout the whole sale process. I would highly recommend their services.

Ronan recently sold my wife's family home, a thorough gentleman to deal with and through his excellent knowledge he achieved a sale price well beyond the asking price. An brilliant service from the Movehome team.

Went sale agreed on a property. Was told probate had been granted. 3 months later, MoveHome could not provide any evidence that probate had even been applied for. Pulled out of sale, experiencing delays with return of deposit. Reported to the PSRA. Avoid.

I enquired about a property on a number of occasions. Spoke with Ronan the first time. They would not meet me for a viewing. I called again about a viewing and the secretary said I could get all the viewing information on Daft etc. but I could not find anything so I have not viewed yet.

Ronan Crinion was rude and disrespectful. We were asked to offer above the asking price, despite no other offers having been made, and the property had been on the market for some time. He refused to pass our opening offer to the Vendor. Deeply unprofessional, and sadly, he allows his ego to dominate proceedings.

Ronan and his team recently sold my property in Beaumont. I found the team extremely professional and thorough. Movehome also managed the same property for several years and because they did such a good job in sourcing tenants and solving any problems that arose, I completely trusted them with the sale and always found them to be a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend.

Is it possible to give less than one star - whatever you're looking to do with this crowd, don't do it, no matter what. I made an offer in writing as agreed verbally and then heard nothing for weeks, my solicitor couldn't contact them, my friend on my behalf couldn't contact them, I was actually worried some accident had befallen the fellow, but actually it was completely unprofessional man and his team taking but never returning messages, never available, I even see now that place I had made a winning bid 20% above asking in Santry is still up for sale. Complete utter idiots. Don't sell with them, don't buy from them. Don't even waste your time calling them.

I have spent a week trying to get them to ring / email me back so that we could organise a viewing of a property only to be told today that the apartment is gone Sale Agreed. What is more shocking is that the agent is the Managing Director (Ronan) who could not be bothered returning my call. Oh and I was willing to pay more the property than it was sold for. #avoid

Kan inte ge detta företaget något annat än 1 det har varit så mycket problem. Först tänkte jag att ja alla kan alltid hända och när fel efter fel och bygg fel upptäckts och inte bara det vi har bott här över 1 år och de har inte fixat saker ännu!!! Glömde sätta givare i golvet. Avluftare monterades på fel plats på taket. Detta är väll de stora delarna sedan har det varit mindre saker men endel av de är fixade och vissa andra inte åtgärdade. rekommender EJ!

Nu känner vi att vi bor i ett begagnat hus med defekter men betalat fullpris.
Om det drar ut på tiden mycket mer kommer vi dra det till domstol.

Positivt: Bra kommunikation med säljaren och byggprojektledaren. Annars inte bra upplevelse.

Man kan ju tycka att efter så lång tid bör man få kompensation för så många timmar man suttit med alla dessa problemen =((

Very unprofessional.

Unfortunately, just a very incompetent agency. When we bought our house Nigel was great and very professional. However, the renting team was just so negligent. Teresa in particular. Sometimes you have to wonder how people are even employed? After Teresa mismanaged our property and left move home we still experienced mediocre management and also rudeness. Never was there an apology for all kinds of mess ups. What kind of business is rude to polite and reasonable people and still in business, I guess I'll never understand...Please find another agency and keep your piece of mind.

Shauna and Ronin would have to be two of the most rudest individuals I have had the displeasure of dealing with. Shauna is just a receptionist but cant even do her job properly and cannot respond to emails or phone calls when you are asking about property that you are keenly bidding for.

Above all this, she lied along with Ronin and made up a bid over 10000 of the current bid and sent it to just myself. I have proof of this lie as i know other people bidding for the property were told that it was 10000 less. They will be reported but i wanted to leave a review here as to the dismal state at which they look after people who are trying to buy and i have seen similar stories on google reviews about the way they con people.

not only are they rude but they blatantly lie and this time they have been caught out. I hope to get their license revoked permanently.

Recently sold our house in Dublin with Ronan and team at Movehome. This was after they had managed it for almost 15 years. We never had any problems while they managed our rental property as we live in Cork. But Ronan and team really stepped up when it came to selling the property including advice on how to stage and get our asking price , which they delivered. I would highly recommend Movehome.ie to manage an existing property (including sourcing and vetting good tenants) but also if you want to sell your property. Great value too !!

I just sold my house through movehome Estate agents and I am very happy with the service I received. They made a tough process a lot smoother for us and for that I am very grateful. At all times I found the team responsive, helpful, courteous and professional. I was helped with time pressing matters very quickly and no ask was too much. I would not hesitate to use their services again or recommend them to others.

We dealt with Nigel when selling our family home in North Dublin. We are delighted with the way he handled our sale. Our sale was contingent on our being able to purchase a new home; he found the perfect purchasers who waited 7 months for us to do this. He ensured that it all went smoothly and kept the lines of communications open and both sides updated weekly.
All dealings and communications with Nigel were straight forward, informative and trust worthy. He was a great source of information and advice when needed.
We can’t recommend his services highly enough.

Not answering phones and not replying to emails … is it even reliable company did they rent or sold something as with my experience I think it’s very bad. I know it’s a lot of interest everywhere but no harm to let people know what they are at !!! Or answer the phone!
