Very disappointing experience with this estate agent. At the initial stage, when showing properties, they seemed helpful and responsive. However, once we showed serious interest and submitted offers, the service completely disappeared.

Communication was extremely poor — calls and messages were ignored, and there was little to no follow-up despite repeated attempts to get updates. It felt very unprofessional and frustrating, especially when making such an important decision.

Good customer service should continue throughout the whole process, not just at the viewing stage. Unfortunately, this was not our experience.

I wish i could give 0 , highly unprofessional behaviour , can not commit to their word.

I had a great experience with Move Inn Estates, providing me with a marketing appraisal for my property. The representative handled the request with great communication and care.

Booked me a viewing twice- kept me waiting in heat. Said an agent will be there in 20 mins- I stayed 20 in my car and then called saying can we push by another 30mins. Guess what it happened twice.
Kept calling thereafter but I didn’t bother to pick for they lost a buyer. This happened to me two times. Pathetic experience- both branches Iver and Heston. Better deal with other agents who care about time, customers and business

Be very careful dealing with this agent. They say one thing and do another. Do not trust a word they say. I don't recommend them. My property was let through them - they took forever following up to my concerns. Their work is substandard. Their apologies are worthless as they never change. They are currently not transferring deposit money back for damages even though they have been given them from DPS. Absolutely abhorrent dealing with them.

I have been through a very elongated lease for my property which Sachin from Move In was working on for me. The process was long and had many bumps and issues but throughout it Sach has remained calm and focused on getting the job done. Always proactive and communicative, I was kept up to date (and sometime hassled, rightly to get things done). The journey has been long, but through no fault of Move Inn Estates. Thank You Sachin for getting it done!

They just care about money, they DO NOT care about tenants. I've been requesting them to fix a boiler issue since more than 3 months now but its not fixed. Everyday I've to boil water in a pot to take bath. They do not answer calls and voicemails, even if they pick up the call they just give false promises and never keep their promise. I feel being cheated.
