I've used MP4nation for years and always received the products that I ordered. One of my Brainwavz IEMs started to lose it's left channel, and I've had it sent back to them for a replacement.

They do stand by their warranty but unfortunately they send out their replacements via Singapore airmail, which is painfully slow.

Good prices, lots of choice, great service.
Had a pair of broken earphones (Brainwavz M2, cable broke after a few months), sent them back and they immidiatley sent in a new pair which lasted me another 2 years and 2 swims in the washing machine.
Have made 4 orders, ofcourse the delivery takes a while because it's being shipped from China but other than that great website.

I have ordered and paid for something that was on.stock for fedex 2 day delivery
It wasnt really on stock it occured and he didnt want me to refund the money
Impossible to call him up...he never answers
And no email answers also

Very bad service...now i have ro sit and wait till paypal solves the problem

Don't bother buying from here. They say it's FREE Fedex shipping (Toronto here) but after a week from the time you receive it, Fedex will send you a mail to pay $15 or more in "fees". I also was not satisfied with the quality of the headphones I spend $60 and tried to write a review on their website, and they wouldn't approve it.

я заказывал у них много раз всегда доволен ,качество товара, посылка,упаковка, доставка, всегда были на высшем уровне , отвечали на все мои вопросы даже личные вопросы не касающиеся покупки, предупреждали за взимания налогов в моей стране за посылку через фед икс, тут же возвращали деньги на пай пал,цены у них очень хорошие за качественный товар , я очень доволен этим продавцом, могу с уверенностью посоветовать покупать у них, уверен что купив у них раз вы будете их доволным клиентом

I ordered Brainwavz M4 earphones on November 9th, 2012 with FedEx Priority (1 - 5 days) shipping. But never received after 2 week, so I ask to cancel this order via their web contact form on 23 November. Never got a response.

Their web site don't even have a contact phone or email, nor the choice to revise/cancel the order. so it seems that's the only way to communicate with them regarding the order.

When I planned to file a dispute with them via Paypal, I find their email address as admin@mp4nation.net, so I give them another chance and email to that address for cancelling my order. But no reply again.

So I have no other choice but have to file the dispute via Paypal on the LAST DAY within the 45 days period and to claim my money back.

Conclution:
-- No customer service !
-- No reply to customer inquires via their web site or email.
-- with FedEx Priority, Not even shipping information,even after 45 days of original order.

I bought an Ainol Aurora II tablet after seeing it on OzBargain at a very attractive price.
It seems MP4Nation has improved dramatically since their earlier reviews. They advertised 2-3 day FedEx with the order; I ordered Thursday; FedEx picked it up on Tuesday (stock shortage, it seems) and I had it Thursday in Brisbane, Australia.
Communication was great - they sent me an email informing me of the stock shortage and the estimated shipping date and responded quickly to my inquiries.
From my single experience - RECOMMENDED.

ordered 2 times at mp4nation.net and have no complaints so far. the activity of the owner in the forum gives me a secure feeling. of course I would never use a Chinese store with anything else than paypal or an equal secure payment method.

Zwei Bestellungen habe ich bereits durchgeführt, bei keiner der beiden bestand Anlass zur Beschwerde. Der Betreiber ist im Forum sehr aktiv, was mir den Eindruck einer gewissen Seriosität vermittelt. Sichere (soweit möglich) Zahlung (z. B. Paypal) ist für mich dabei aber Grundvoraussetzung.

mp4n gave me a tracking # that did not exist,thank god for paypal,what a shady company. i wish i can prove all their members are fakes along with their forum.just got my money back from paypal!!paid extra for ems shipping says 4 to 7 days.its been over two weeks and still no tracking #.
this is no way to run a business,should have done more home work on
dealing with mp4nation.why are there not any negative post on their forum?now the more i look,the more i see negative reports with them.

This place will take your money, promise to ship something, then it will be forever in progress. They charged my paypal account on Nov 26, it is 12/17 and it is still in the process of being shipped. Yet, they can not confirm a tracking number. I'm hoping PayPal can help me get my money back.

I would never buy anything from this place. It is not a legitimate business.

I've waited for 3 months now and I've yet to receive my order. Customer service has been very terrible, slow template email replies. Was told tracking of lost parcel will take 3 - 6 weeks, and a refund will be provided after the wait; but has yet to happen.

I ordered an item in March 2009, requested and paid for express shipping, and it took a month to receive the item. Not acceptable, but I would be willing to let it go since it was coming from Hong Kong.

However, the item was not functional when received! So I contacted customer service and was instructed to send the item the item back at my expense for repair or replacement. I did as instructed, and here it is July 2009 and no repaired or replacement item has arrived. I contact customer service again and was basically told that I am out of luck, because they aren't responsible for items lost in the mail.

So let me get this straight, I send you money, you send me broken junk, I spend MORE money to send it back, and you "never receive it" and thus have no intention of fulfilling the order as agreed upon when I placed the order. I call that stealing, so as far as I am concerned, MP4Nation.net is a ring of thieves. BUYER BEWARE, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS QUESTIONABLE COMPANY!!
