These days, it can be a hard choice to order something to be shipped overseas. Mr Flag was prompt, and Royal Mail sent notices throughout as to progress of the package. It got here and the flag is perfect for our use!

Great flag & great flagpole but it was sent to somebody else. After i had sent several emails i eventually was sent it but took quite a while. It was sorted eventually after my effort to inform them i had not received anything or any communication.

Better than expected - good communication, reasonable shipping time (especially from overseas), good quality product. Recommended vendor, I would not hesitate to order from them again.

After ordering the item, it was necessary to contact the seller to request a revised swifter processing and delivery. The seller was very accommodating and acted on my request.
