The flag looked wonderful on my husband's coffin.
1st class service from Mr Flag.

Have used Mr. Flag for a number of years, normally for big orders, and have alwasy been very happy with the service. But for this order (which was very small in comparision) they really pulled it out of the bag, excellent timing, good clear communication throughout, and all of that with a very high quality product.

Easy to order, good communication, friendly & helpful. Thanks!

The company has recently become the principle flag supplier of the organisation I work for. All communication has been responded to in a prompt and professional manner. A request for an unlisted flag was responded to and designed very quickly. Our most recent order experienced a significant delivery issue and Mr Flag, despite not being at any fault, stepped up and remedied the situation very quickly to replace the order. I am very impressed with the quality of products and customer service given and would absolutely recommend Mr Flag.

Quality Material - Great Staff - I was able to clean up my design a bit before final printing as recommended by staff. I originally sent in a lower quality (Pixelated) first design. My boyfriend was very happy to see his first ever flag design come to life!

Great customer service and I love the messages about stroms and warnings as a reminder to take flags down!
Quality of the flag os great too.

I cannot say in words how wonderful this company is I ordered a drape for my brothers coffin very anxious being the week before Xmas didn't think I'd get it in time the contact I had with them was so heartwarming very respectful they reassured me I would get it before funeral date (I had it in 2 days so amazed). I wanted Chelsea the football logo but was concerned with a spray not seeing it... They positioned the badge perfectly so you could still see and also put the badge in 4 corners. I was also sent a template before ordering via email.... when I opened it I cried so many happy tears! From the communication I received I not once doubted it wouldn't arrive on time or something would be wrong because of the professional communication I can't thank them enough and it was that perfect I couldn't let the drape go with him as planned it's been kept for his boys. Also the quality of the fabric was brilliant! Thankyou so much ❤️

promptly deliver of good quality and value

Super choice of flags, from National to novelty and even personalised ones: in fact a flag for every occasion.
My flag is a Welsh Dragon on a Scottish Saltire. I love it, great quality!

Another really well made flag as I wouldn't look anywhere else when I need Another flag.

I ordered from the USA. I was surprised how quickly the order arrived. Couldn't be happier with my order. There was nowhere else in the world that had what I wanted in stock. Good job

Needed a coffin drape for a comrades funeral at very short notice. Mr Flag produced a excellent quality item in a short timescale.

Good quality and delivered within a reasonable time

Too expensive for what I thought were going to be canvas but we’re actually polyester. Maybe should have checked the description better.

Sadly they delivered the wrong product and the returns sticker was not accepted at the post office so I had to pay.
Plus side the customer service lady was very nice

The product is excellent and it is what it says it is

Replaced a faulty flag instantly, always had good service and helpful staff.

Delivery time was exceptional, even to Australia. Flag is amazing quality. Thank you very much!

I was panicking with delivery time due to xmas but they made sure it would be with me it was 2 days later! I'm over the moon it's perfect and looks amazing thankyou so very much 🫶
