Commande effectuée le 13 février avec un délai annoncé de 14 jours. À ce jour, le 12 mars, la commande est toujours indiquée comme étant en production, sans aucune date de livraison confirmée.

Le service client ne répond ni aux mails, ni aux relances. Impossible donc d’obtenir la moindre information concernant l’avancement de la commande.

De plus, j’ai reçu par mail des informations concernant une autre commande ainsi que des données personnelles appartenant à un autre client. Cela montre clairement qu’aucune vérification sérieuse n’est faite avant l’envoi des emails, ce qui est très préoccupant concernant la gestion des données personnelles.

Tout cela donne fortement l’impression d’une entreprise faisant du dropshipping, avec des délais de production abusifs et un service client inexistant.

Au vu de mon expérience, le sérieux de cette entreprise est fortement à remettre en question.

13/01/2026 – Mise à jour : commande annulée sans prévenir et sans réel motif, ce qui confirme malheureusement le manque de sérieux de cette boutique.

The product quality is genuinely good, and that’s the only reason this isn’t a complete loss. Unfortunately, delivery reliability and communication have been consistently poor. Timelines change repeatedly, promised dispatch dates are not met, and we often receive updates only after we follow up. Delays are not communicated proactively, which makes it impossible to plan and undermines our commitments to our own customers.
What makes it unacceptable is that after the delivery promise has been missed repeatedly (now for the sixth time), our follow-up messages have simply been ignored with no response at all.
Good patches — but low reliability and minimal communication make this supplier hard to trust.
