Booked my car in (on-line) for a new tyre and wheel alignment. All easy and I was met by pleasant staff on reception.
My car was ready for collection within 45 mins. Very pleased.

Really helpful advice given and clearly knowledgable. Consistent communication, quick too, had MOT and service and some work done in one day!

The team were great showing good customer service fitting of my tyres. Thanks to Tom with his knowledge in helping with decision for the tyres all season tyres.

Really easy to book, comfortable waiting area but if you don't want to wait, not far from town so you can walk in. Appointment ran to time so, good customer service and thorough explanation of products. They printed MOT doc which was helpful too. Felt able to trust the team and services. Would highly recommend.

We regularly use the Lichfield branch for our cars and always get good service from the team. However, I've got to give a big shout out to Amy who helped book us in for a new tyre yesterday. Her customer service was fantastic; very friendly and helpful over the phone and when we went in to collect our car earlier.

Just simply excellent service, Polite, Prompt.

Getting my tyre puncture fixed was so quick and easy from booking over the phone to coming in and having the work done. Recommend for swift and easy service. Amy really went above and being so kind and welcoming from the moment I stepped in the door and answering any questions I had :)

Long wait despite booking in advance, provided with a timeslot of 10.00 - 11.30 and arrived promptly, stupidly assuming it would be completed during that time. An expected completion time would have been helpful having two young children to entertain while we waited in town (3 hours in cold, wet and windy conditions isn't much fun). But called at 12pm to request an update and told it would be another hour but they would call. After no phonecall, we returned wet and cold after an hour or so to find we still had to wait while an invoice was produced.
