Took my 107 in for new tyres today. The service was excellent, clean waiting area with comfortable seats. First time I have used and will be returning.

Didnt switch oil filter light off on dashboard so will need to make another trip back to garage to rectify

Booked the car in and they explained what they need to do which is good, then told me a time it will be done by , then I got a message telling me it's ready.

Had a full service on my car and it was finished by lunchtime

Very professional, prompt and great value.
The amount saved on a full service versus the main dealer equivalent more than covered the full set of Yokohama tyres I bought 2 months ago - also from Mr Tyre their prices were as good as anybody else and much better than the majority.
I did query in advance what oil was being used and the answer came back very quickly (premium Valvoline, in line with manufacturer specifications) - very impressive and responsive.
Its a 50 minute drive for me to use Mr Tyre Lichfield and I can think of no reason based on todays experience (my first with them) to go anywhere else. Excellant.

Easy booking friendly staff and car ready on time , second time using this group Cannock last year and Lichfield this time , both places are good and seem to treat customers well unlike other large motorists centres who always seem to treat there customers as if they are stupid
