Excellent customer service I walked in…
Excellent customer service I walked in no appointment around 10AM with a slow puncture! They told me it had a nail in the tyre wall so was unable to repair they unfortunately didn’t have any stock for a Kia Sportage tyre but they could order one in for the afternoon.
I said that’s fine I booked to go back at 16:30 same day they had my new tyre on in 20 minutes and I was on my way!
Great place and team of workers.

Bit disappointed with Lincoln branch
Bit disappointed with Lincoln branch. Been coming here for few years. Booked an oil service week in advance and asked if they could check the brakes as pretty sure they need new pads. Dropped off- hour and half later got message to say ready. Asked if brakes sorted. Young lad on desk said they looked alright to me, but we haven't got a ramp spare so can't check them properly.... clearly couldn't be arsed and wasn't fussed if I had safe brakes or not. If I have known this would have found somewhere else instead of waiting a week ago when I booked it.

I completely understand your frustration, especially after booking your service a week in advance and specifically requesting that your brakes be checked. We should have communicated clearly at the time of booking if we were unable to carry out a proper brake inspection, and I appreciate why this left you disappointed.
The level of service and communication you received is not the standard we aim to provide, particularly for a loyal customer who has trusted us for several years. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience and the impression left during your visit.
I will be raising this feedback directly with the branch team to ensure the matter is reviewed properly and to help prevent a similar situation happening again.
