Damaged 1 of my freshly refurbished wheels which will now need to be redone.
Also steering wheel doesn't sit straight.

Dear Mr Stewart,
Unfortunately, one of your wheels was marked when we fitted the tyres on Saturday. As we are an honest company, our manager informed you of this straight away and gave you options in regards to us resolving the issue. You decided at the time to have the wheel alignment carried out free of charge and a 10% discount off the original quoted price as a satisfactory resolution.
If you are alleging the steering wheel doesn't sit straight, kindly return to the depot so it can be checked and hopefully rectified.

Great service
Had a puncture and needed it repaired. Turned out to there was a tear in the tyre wall as well - all repaired quickly and great service.

Can't carry out an mot properly!
Fails things that are perfectly fine and doesn't notice major things like a crack alloy, low oil or oil leak.
Absolutely rude customer service!
Would definitely avoid at all cost!

We are not surprised you have now gone down this route, seeing as you contacted us with a complaint which was full of inconsistencies and factually incorrect information. We are a reputable company and it is unreasonable to portion blame and cost to work that was required or you allege is required when we have simply carried out a MOT test to the correct standard as laid down by the DVSA.

Used in the past after booking with black circle. This time phoned late to check a slow puncture told not an issue if I could get there before half 12 got there took the wheel off and told it was worth repairing...could find the leaknso stripped the wheel fitted a new valve and told keep an eye on it...no charge...Thanks guys

Superb Service
Called in after getting a punctured tyre (my own stupid fault) to get a replacement. Even though they were having system problems at the time they contacted another branch to get prices and replaced the tyre while I waited.
Excellent service, highly recommended.

Great customer service.
I made the booking online for tyres to be changed on my car but the garage did ring to inform me they didn't have the stock of the tyres I chose so offered a different tyre for the price quoted very happy, great customer service only place I would go for my tyres.

Great team of lads
Car booked in for mot , failed unfortunately, rebooted the following day on there last day of the year , work completed at a fair price, was kept updated throughout the process.. definitely recommend Mr Tyre

Fantastic service from Paul
Tyres fitted and alignment all done at a good price
Had to call the branch back about 10 minutes after leaving as I heard a noise from the wheels, Paul from the Newcastle branch drove out to me and took a look, turns out a large stone had got stuck in my brakes, he sorted the problem and didn’t charge anything, overall fantastic service.

DECENT SERVICE
SWIFT SERVICE BUT NEEDED NEW TYRES WHICH THEY QUOTED ME A PRICE FOR AND AFTER LOOKING MYSELF COULD GET THEM MUCH CHEAPER !
REACTION WAS OH I CAN’T MATCH THAT PRICE - BUT THEN MORE THAN MATCHED THE PRICE FROM ELSEWHERE AND ALSO CHEAPER THAN YOUR OWN WEBSITE !!
DON’T ACCEPT THE PRICE THEY GIVE YOU - ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU ARE A WOMAN AND THEY THINK YOU ARE STUPID !!
