Asymmetrical tyre fitted inside out! Had to go back the next day to get them to redo the job. I emailed customer services to complain and suggest that it wasn't unreasonable that the labour charge should be refunded given the circumstances and was told that they don't charge for labour, just overprice their parts. Sounds like a tax dodge to me. Clearly not doing a good enough job of checking who they employ.

Good price and customer-focused. The guys are friendly and happy to explain fully what they're doing, and are completely happy for me to watch from a safe place.
The only drawback - they are so busy that they have to book me in for the next day!

Amazing! Phenomenal! Professional! And quick! Chris and his team at Mr tyre. I had a puncture on my tyre, the tracking was off and I think there was something wrong with the engine. I dropped it off at the shop. At 8 am last week it was done by 11! Which was perfect because I had to be at work at 12. Thank you so much guys you saved me highly highly recommend.
