I had a fantastic experience
I had a fantastic experience with the installation service. Zoe was professional, friendly, and genuinely cared about providing excellent customer service from start to finish.
One thing I especially appreciated was how considerate she was. My wife had just finished a night shift and was asleep, and Zoe made every effort to keep the noise to an absolute minimum so she wouldn't be disturbed. That level of thoughtfulness really stood out.
She also noticed that something wasn't quite right during the installation and, instead of leaving, she took the time to investigate and make sure everything was working perfectly before she finished. It's rare to see someone so dedicated to doing the job properly rather than simply completing it and moving on.
Thank you, Zoe, for your professionalism, attention to detail, and outstanding customer care. You made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I would happily recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable and high-quality service.

The router is supplied and dispatched by your chosen internet service provider rather than MS3 Networks, so unfortunately we don't have direct control over its delivery. That said, we'd really like to help where we can.

A happy customer
Just had fibre installed and transfered from one provider to Zen. The MS3 technician couldnt do enough. He fulfilled all of his words when selling the product to me.
At last true customer service! I would defiantly recommend.

Zoe from MS3 is a superstar
Telephoned my service provider and literally 15 minutes later an engineer was at my door.
Zoe was very pleasant and bubbly, very polite. She very quickly identified the problem and took the time to explain what was wrong and how she was going to fix it. Zoe even listened to me as I waffled on about kids and family etc. Half an hour later if that. Everything was fixed and my service was back up and running.

Notifications before arriving and a quick call to say they were en route. Completed the work quickly without any fuss and cleaned up after themselves too. Checked where we wanted the box installed etc. honestly a really smooth service and the internet was up and running within an hour
