Absolutely rubbish company its been 3 weeks now still no payout no courtesy car as paid for on policy & still waiting..They did everything to hold up the claim & told i couldn't have courtesy car until they decided if I had a claim then told id be paid out last Wednesday & nothing. Been without a car 3 weeks .. I have just rang them to discuss a courtesy car again & they have said they now cannot provide one as a payment has been agreed & will be in my bank Thursday 29th... 20 days without a car BOOM were the company that use MUILLSANE

Absolute shower of 💩. Any excuse possible to delay, making up new things. 17 steps to hear back. Over 4 weeks passed and only just got engineers report. Don’t waste your money or time

DO NOT USE. Do not respond to emails or phones. I dont think they are a real company.

0 stars. Awful awful incompetent. No customer service skills. My 5 year old child could do a better job.

Good company and cheap

My claim has been ongoing since March with very poor communication and repeated delays throughout.

Despite being repeatedly told to email for updates, I receive little to no meaningful response, and progress has been extremely slow. I have had to constantly chase just to get basic information about my case.

This delay has had a serious financial impact. I have now paid nearly three months of rental vehicle costs while also continuing to pay my own insurance and finance on a vehicle that has been declared a total loss.

At this stage, I am still waiting for resolution and a clear timeframe for settlement. Based on my experience, I would urge others to proceed with caution.

Giving one star feels generous based on my experience.

Following a non-fault accident, the handling of my claim by this insurer was extremely poor. I was instructed to proceed with repairs, only to then face ongoing delays, contradictory positions, and a refusal to resolve payment for those repairs.

Communication was disjointed and unclear, with information being passed between the insurer, broker, and third-party claims handlers rather than dealt with directly. Key decisions were delayed, and explanations were either inconsistent or absent altogether.

As a result, my repaired vehicle was left detained by the garage while I experienced significant financial hardship and loss of income.

Contacting the insurer directly proved extremely difficult, and correspondence was often slow or indirect. The experience fell far short of what I would expect from a professional or specialist insurer.

I would strongly urge anyone considering this company to research claims-handling experiences carefully. If your vehicle is important to you, and you rely on it for work or daily life, this is not an experience I would wish on anyone.

I am writing this review during my hour waiting time on the phone. I feel like I will never get my claim since they had asked me to provide the same information four time already in the past 3 months. Mulsanne Insurance is the insurer you will never wanna use.

Horrible customer service from Darren. He was incredibly unprofessional and unhelpful. I would never recommend to my friends and family. I had a horrendous experience with Mulsanne. Very slow service and do not communicate well with other companies. As a result, left me without access to car for months which meant that I could not work. Would not recommend under any circumstance.

I was hit by a drunk driver who was arrested on the spot and is insured by this scam of a company they tried to deny it was him driving to start with which is a totally joke as he was the only person in his car and there is a police report to prove it, it has been nearly 2 years since this happened and my solicitor is still fighting with them for compensation. I would 100% avoid this company they are a disgrace of a company and should not be allowed to operate as a business

Avoid!!! Their administration company key claims are horrendous to deal with.. don’t reply to emails, constantly say they are chasing other insurance company, won’t provide a breakdown on the info they are waiting on. Just plain ignore emails. Appalling communication from them. Withholding my excess until they receive payment from 3rd party but are sending chaser emails instead of actually being proactive and calling them. Avoid avoid avoid

They’re 1 star at very best Key Claims will treat you like a criminal if you dare have to make a claim! I’ve felt awful ever since dealing with them

Takes your money instantly then says it can take upto 30 days for a refund . Yeh right such a scam of a company they wait until the 30th day . I'm on day 26 and nothing as of yet.
Also they offer stupid prices £1500 excess just shocking when all other companies its less than 500 pounds . Im so glad I went with haven insurance instead this company can go swivel .

I would give 0 stars if I could my husband and son where sitting stationary in a car park in the car back in 29th July 2022 where one of your insured drivers ran in to my car not once but twice trying to park their car causing damage to my car and giving my younger son a fright and cause him travel anxiety this was all caught on my back dashcam so definitely not disputing who was at fault it was the driver who was insured with yourself you have been slow to reply to my insurers at the times legal team and they are now taking action you say your not responsible for the drivers you insure maybe so but you have a responsibility to make sure that those you insure are in any type of accident etc that you respond efficiently and professionally and you follow the law as that's your job that's what you are paid for not leaving people high and dry

So much for draconian and evil terms only found with Mulsane.... first Insurance company where Comprehensive insurance isnt actually comprehensive but has classification of faults ....the question is morally how do you and your team sleep at night ??????????

Even one star is too much for them. This is the most fraudulent insurance company I’ve ever dealt with. They lure you in with a cheap initial quote, then start charging you extra for all kinds of made-up reasons. They make the process so frustrating that you feel forced to cancel — and when you do, they charge you a hefty cancellation fee. Either way, you end up losing money. I do not recommend this company to anyone

I can only repeat what I said about its associate Boom.
This company and its associates (Boom an Key Claims) are behaving beyond anything I have ever seen or even heard of. We have been waiting for a payment following an accident early January. After reminding them several times we have received a letter saying the payment had been initiated and we should receive it in the next five days. Three days later , without any explanation, we are advised that the payment has been stopped. This is the second time we have a horrible experience with Boom, Mulsanne and co.
See their answer. This is totally unacceptable. You do not send an official letter confirming the settlememt and cancel this settlement 3 days later. What investigation? This process has been dragging on for months.

Don’t even deserve 1 star quite frankly.
Asked me to contact the 3rd party insurance at fault who told me it was strange for them to ask - which I knew anyway but wanted it in black and white.
Making me claim on my insurance for a non fault accident - want me to pay the rest of my insurance with this premium leaving me with almost nothing. This was never mentioned to me until I recieved the letter about claiming.
Avoid! They are a con!
Should be struck off.
