Music Box Attic Avaliações

The music box I ordered online was listed in stock. I placed the order, but later that day, I received a note that it was the last one in stock and that it had a noticeable blemish on it. They offered me several different selections which were more expensive, but at no additional cost to me!! They also included email addresses and a phone number to help facilitate the exchange. I wound up with an even more beautiful music box of the highest quality construction and finish than what I originally selected, and it was handled flawlessly and professionally. I can highly recommend their business practices and their products. Both exceeded my expectations!

Many thanks to Boris M. - I bought a music box which was delivered without the engraved plaque I was expecting. I could have sworn I selected engraving when I ordered, but unfortunately the order receipt did not reflect this (may have been an error on my part). I called, explained the situation, and Boris immediately sent me an engraved plaque with no upcharge. He was also good enough to expedite shipping to ensure it was delivered before my daughter's birthday (It was). Great product, great service, A+ all around.

I needed a gift for my anniversary. Left it too long, as usual. The team walked me through the options, answered my questions and made sure the international delivery was made on time. It landed the day before! I’m so grateful for their support. Thank you!

I'm so happy to have found this company! I had a great experience - the delievery was super fast, the quality is incredible and the sound is just beautiful! I can't recommend it enough!

Easily navigated website with a tremendous number of choices for music. Came quickly in a well protected package. Such a beautiful and high quality product! I highly recommend!

We received our order for a piano music box. Unfortunately, there were a couple of details that were missed. I called (actual phone number instead of chat or emai). The customer service rep was awesome! He said they'd mail a new one, and it would be perfect, even before I sent the defective one back. He was true to his word!! It was perfect. I would recommend 100%!

I got a hard to find title it was packed well and arrived in good time .I was surprised to find a stopping rod on it that's a nice extra.

Customer service went above and beyond. They are amazing! A big thanks to all of them and i will certainly be purchasing more items from them!

Not sure until I receive my product.
Good communication, though. Lots of verifying emails. So, it's legitimate.
Shipping time quick.

This place has the most beautiful music boxes with a ton of song and customization options. They are very fast with shipping also. We exchanged our original box for one more suited for the recepient and they were very accommodating. Got our new box shortly after the request and a return label for our original box was sent along with it. If you’re looking for a music box for yourself or a loved one, go to Music Box Attic. I can not think of anything they did wrong. I sent emails asking for help. I had a response quickly with multiple option as to how they would help.
My order was shipped quickly. Once received I tested each movement and they all worked and sounded great. I was so impressed that this order was a second batch of music movements for more music boxes.
I hope musicbox attic is around for a long time. To keep me supplied with musical movements. I will order again from them!

This was my first order and the gentleman on the phone helped me to order everything that I needed. I was building a jewelry box as a gift and wanted it to have a musical movement. It arrived in a short amount of time. The packaging was perfect as there was no damage. The real surprise came when I played the musical movement. It sounded so much better in person than over the internet.

Trying to chose the right box was a little hard do to all the choices. The box I received is beautiful and precious. The song requested was loaded properly and it sounds great. It is one of my favorite songs. This was a gift from my husband and I love it. The workmanship is excellent and it will be a cherished treasure. Delivery was as stated, USPS, and arrived on time. Very good service.

Excellent Customer Service

I had a great experience! The customer service was excellent—my questions were answered very quickly, and everyone I spoke with was so helpful and accommodating. I really appreciated how responsive they were throughout the process.

The music box was gorgeous and well made! Above my expectations! This was a gift for my daughter’s 30th birthday. She cried when she heard the song we picked out for her. It was a precious moment! Thank you!

Denny was extremely helpful in explaining all the options available.
He was most patient; I asked many questions.

The customer service was great. Mainly dealt with Boris but one time dealt with someone else and just as helpful. The product is as advertised and I am extremely happy with the result. Will definitely use again if this service is needed and also recommend.
