Der persönliche Kontakt war zwar freundlich und höflich, ändert aber nichts an der Erfahrung.
Ein Ferienhaus wurde für 3.700 € pro Woche als buchbar angeboten. Nach Rückfrage hieß es jedoch, der Preis sei „noch nicht aktualisiert“ worden und liege nun bei 9.300 € für denselben Zeitraum.

Eine Preissteigerung von über 5.500 € kann nicht als normales Update oder Versehen gelten.
Dieses Vorgehen ist absolut unseriös, irreführend und zerstört jedes Vertrauen. Freundliche Kommunikation kann keine falschen oder massiv abweichenden Preisangaben rechtfertigen.

While the personal communication was polite and friendly, this does not change the overall experience.
A holiday home was advertised as bookable for €3,700 per week. After contacting the provider, we were told that the price had “not yet been updated” and was now €9,300 for the same week.

An increase of more than €5,500 cannot be considered a simple update or mistake.
This practice is highly unprofessional and misleading and completely undermines trust. Friendly communication does not justify such a massive and unexplained price discrepancy.

Very disappointing experience.

The persons responsible for the property were quick to respond. They were helpful in explaining issues and they made sure we were fully informed about the property and the local when we arrived.

I had a very pleasant and seamless experience renting from my-rental-homes.com. They were very responsive in helping me find a great house on Lake Como for a family gathering i was hosting and very responsive to all my questions. Payment was easy and secure to make. The rental experience itself was great - house was just as I had expected. When some issues came up during the stay, the host was very friendly and proactive in helping me and made sure I had a pleasant stay. Highly recommend and would rent from here again.

Great place to stay with a stunning view.

The grounds of the villa are well maintained, pretty and spacious and the pool is a decent size, but unheated. The outdoor eating and sitting area is pleasant but indoors is cramped with several issues needing addressed, such as: downstairs shower was almost unusable - the door kept coming off its hinges (dangerous) and the shower head wasn’t securely attached to the hose, so whenever the water was on it sprayed out of the top.
The coffee machine was broken - when used it leaked water over the worktops. We had to fix and clean this before use. The cafetière was covered in mould, and unusable and several other kitchenware items were mouldy and grubby. We cleaned everything before use as it just all felt a bit unclean and past its best. Not what you want to do or feel while on holiday. The upstairs bedrooms are really cramped with sloped ceilings, which made them feel oppressive and were too small for adults. The living area is too small for 6 people and there’s not enough seating for all. The 2-seater sofa looked grubby and the only other seat was a wooden rocking chair. The area feels grim; the surrounding properties have lots of loud (constantly barking) dogs and high gates, walls topped with broken glass - security measures which were a little alarming - not a holiday vibe! The neighbourhood cats were a constant fixture when eating outside - and not only mooched for food but attempted to get inside. The walk to the beach is equally grim and my family (including 2 young children) were flashed at whilst walking past one property, which was a shock not to mention intimidating. A really disappointing experience.

Process of renting our villa La Sponda at Palazzo Margerita in Positano Italy. was easy, especially considering we are booking in another country. Our villa was exactly as pictured, and amenities stated. Fabulous vacation. Would recommend again. Fantastic location and views were amazing! Property Manager Mauro was outstanding. Took care of every need was always accessible.

Arrangements for arrival and assistance with check-in was excellent. Giuseppe was helpful with arranging restaurant reservations and with local recommendations. Very happy with our stay!

Great location with an amazing view.

Our stay at Casa Mariavittoria wa a highlight of our recent trip to Italy. The villa was extremely well maintained and had everything we need for our 5 day trip to the Sorrento area. The views from the balcony were breathtaking and pictures don’t do it justice.

Max was an incredible host. He went out of his way to help us arrange transportation and excursions.

Our apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped. Nunzio, Davide and their staff were helpful with touring suggestions, scheduling drivers and generally responsive to our questions and concerns before and during our stay. The beds were a little hard for our taste, but most people would like them.

Beautiful place, great location and helpful staff. However sun loungers could do with a deep clean and more towels would have been great.

The agency provided great assistance throughout the reservation process and the stay. The property is very nice, pristine and in line with the photographs of the listing

Firstly and most importantly this property is NOT a villa. It’s a large apartment with adjoining properties both to the side and above. Also parking is not on site but on street, although always found space. The listing on booking.com must be amended.
The walls are very thin so we could hear every word of conversations in rooms adjoining our bedrooms. Overlooked when sitting at back of terrace.
Positives: bedrooms large and well appointed, beds comfortable, beautiful large terrace with stunning views out to sea of Ischia ahead and Capri to the side. Plenty of seating outside. Lovely bottle of melon liqueur on arrival. Downstairs annexe cosy and comfortable. Few snagging matters quickly dealt with.
Negatives: washing machine outside (in a covered area but not the best place). Why not in the main bathroom. Barbecue at front of house behind bins. Why isn’t this on the terrace? No Wi-Fi in bedroom areas and patchy in living area. Area around swimming pool had overgrown grass. Couldn’t get tv to work so a good thing that we spent a lot of time out. Wet room is too small to avoid towels and clothes getting wet when showering. Finally, when renting out a property every single surface must be cleaned. When we sent a photo of obvious grease around the cooker we were told this was a stain that couldn’t be removed. Also other surfaces which aren’t generally looked at weren’t clean. I imagine you are charging the home owner a substantial fee so please ensure it is earned. I’ve worked in property rentals for many years so know what to look for

Gorgeous views, immaculate home. The terrace of the house is absolutely stunning. You can lay on those lounge beds and gaze at the view all day. The hosts were extremely helpful.

Guido gave us a personal welcome, helped us check in and understand how to use the home and all its features. Nerano ended up being a great location for us.
The view from the home patio as well as the pool are first rate! Every amenity was explained. Guido took care of all the details for us and was so welcoming & friendly! Gorgeous home and unforgettable place!
