From my first phone call to mybreast I felt I was in safe hands. The procedure, support and information were all very good. My only criticism was that it was not made clear to me that I needed to provide my own bra post op. Once I contacted my representative it was sent to me swiftly however having to send an email 6hours after an operation is not something I would like to repeat.
Overall I am overjoyed with my results and was very happy with the service provided.

Fantastic service from start to finish, and almost 1 year on, I feel very happy with the result. I feel that not only the surgeon's expertise, but also the before and after care, was exceptional. One friend I recommended MyBreast to has also undergone surgery and I am glad to say, is very happy with the result. I'm also encouraged by the fact that she is a similar size / age as me yet made completely different choices - the fact that we are both completely happy demonstrates that MyBreast are able to translate client needs into a very personal and individual plan.

Mr Simon Withey is beyond compare as a surgeon. I found him to be meticulous with outstanding attention to detail during consults, which were thorough, reassuring,realistically& fully informative on each occasion and the surgery itself surpassed expectation.
I had undergone a number of procedures over the years attempting to achieve a look and so required revision and remedial surgery including mastopexy and explantation to correct build up of scar tissue and dragging etc...
This was all round and at every stage the absolute best care and service received and I was am so relieved that I found My Breast and took the trouble myself to find the best care for myself....
Cannot say enough good or recommend enough according to my experience and looking back albeit briefly at previous procedures had .
All was straight forward and am delighted with the outcome.
As I write I am thinking of what else I could say .... and I am aware that less is more .... Brilliant all round experience and this was due to the fact that I was given the opportunity to be the patient of Mr Simon Withey.

After having a breast lift and augmentation just over 2 years ago I have had to have them redone once already due to the implants not dropping into their pocket, which they tried to charge me for until I argued it and have now been back numerous times, they have dropped significantly, 10 months ago my left breast swelled double the size over a space of a couple of hours and was causing me lots of pain, I went to see mr govilkar my original surgeon and he was concerned about the fact of the seroma happening this late on and suggested I have an emergency ultrasound, my
breast were not willing to cover the cost of this and I was not able to pay the £300 for it, despite the fact my surgeon said it was an emergency and even wen to the medical comittee and asked them to pay. I tried to ask my gp and of course the NHS do not want to help because it was a private surgery. Due to me complaining they have sent me to Mr Withey who has also now said I must have an ultrasound and fluid drained and tested. Only through a recent email from my original surgeon mr govilkar, in my response to my complaint, have I found out that the reason for this is to test for breast implant associated cancer of which I have all the symptoms and both he and mr withey have discussed the likelihood of yet no one has ever mentioned this to me and still now ten months later I have not had the appropriate testing for this. After reading this email I have tried to ring and ask to speak to someone about it with no luck! When you are willing to give them money and have surgery with them they are very proactive in returning calls and replying to emails and giving you appointments however after this it all changes. I now have another 3 weeks to wait for my next appointment to talk to anyone about the fact I could have cancer, please be aware of this anyone thinking of having breast implants!! Even if your surgeon has concern about something as important as bia alcl my breasts after care policy clearly does not stretch far enough to look into this. Mr Withey has been great so far and after finding out I had ended up going to a&e I received an email from his pa on behalf of him saying I could call him if I had any questions or concerns, after reading this email I tried to call him and ask why I had never been told about this breast implant cancer for his pa to tell me he doesn't answer phone calls! I rung my patient advisor at mybreast and was told I could book a telephone consultation with him for two weeks away! It is wonderful to be able to book an appointment no matter how long it has been post surgery however do no expect to get anywhere with these appointments.

In response to my previous review, now that i have pushed to speak to Senior Management, and expressed my disgust, we have managed to get a response and it seems something will now be done about the situation. As a business I would encourage that you take your customers feedback seriously, especially with regards to aftercare. My wife had to go to A&E, because of your negligence and only now do we seem to be getting some sort of response. I appreciate you state of your robust aftercare, but in this case "robust" is not the word. My wife expressed her concerns numerous times, including multiple appointments afterwards with no end results. I do hope that you take your future clients seriously to avoid this unlikely event to occur in the future.

After many years of considering a breast reduction while suffering from neck and shoulder pain to name a few along with my confidence, i finally decided to take the plunge and start making enquires. After going to see a very well know company and feeling very uncomfortable with the surgeon (who also said they couldn't do the surgery)i felt very dishearten and continued to search. i came across Mybreast and was impressed that it was founded by surgeons and decided to give them a ring. From the 1st phone call and up to meeting the lovely Alice and Sabreena who are both absolutely fab, i felt totally relaxed. Having not seen any reviews on the surgeon i went to meet i was nervous as i felt i needed some reassurance making such a big decision. Once meeting with him i felt so comfortable and at ease, all my questions was answered and more. i had made more appointments but once leaving there i had already made my mind up. My op was on the 6th September and i am absolutely over the moon with the results so far! i didn't know what to expect as my boobs was large (38m)! and i now have what i would call perfect breast. I can not express how much this op has made an impact on me so far and cant believe there are not reviews everywhere about Mr Grame glass cause he is amazing! Thank you to him and his team for making a longtime wish of mine come true with fantastic results!

Please don't go here I have waisted all my money with them. Cost me £3500 and I don't look any different they have tried to phobe me off. I am apsolutly guttered about there service. I have emails them and went as far as I could and still nothing. I looked in to this for years and thought I found a clinic I can trust and it's the worst choice I ever made. Plus when I went back to show him that I haven't changed he asked have I put weight on over Christmas, plus he told me to go and get a personal trainer. After all that money I get told that I was deverstated I haven't felt the same since with them. They have made me feel down with what they have said and how they have treated me. Please no one don't make my mistake don't go here. I had my breast done with them to, they have dropped loads and my nipples don't match. Altogether my procedures cost £9000 and I am so so unhappy as I havnt got that money to waist.

Best choice I have made, mybreast was with me every step of the way and gave me the best surgeon for my desired look. The aftercare was amazing. Would highly recommend. Felt so comfortable even asking what I thought was a silly question and always got a super fast reply via Emil or had a phone number to call. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

I cannot thank my breast enough for their fantastic support and help through my journey. Every member of staff that I dealt with were professional and helpful. They kept in constant contact and never failed to find and answer to any questions I had. It was a life changing experience and I am so pleased I chose My breast. Thanks all!

I am so delighted with the results of my breast reduction performed by Mr Duncan Atherton that I have recommended my sister to him.
My journey was not easy, I have endured years of Neck Shoulder and Back pain, ridges in my shoulders and to top it all not very nice comments. All of which had affected me both physically and mentally, this I never realised until after my surgery.
My first encounter with My Breast Organisation was after seeing a programme called embarrassing bodies on TV. I read all there was to read about on the website and then made a request for a call back, I received a phone call from a lady called Sabreen Raju, introducing herself as a patient advisor, she asked what surgery I would be looking for, and then made arrangements for me to see Mr Atherton, she explained what to expect in my consultation with him. I met Mr Atherton what a truly professional gentleman he was kind and understanding he made me feel at ease, I knew I may encounter problems because of my age (67) however, this did not deter him.
I had my surgery in June and have made a remarkable recovery thanks to the brilliant care and attention from both Mr Atherton and Sabreena. I feel great both physically (with no Neck, Back or Shoulder pain) and mentally and its so nice to be able to feel good in clothes without the personal comments I've had previously, I now have a new found confidence. I cannot thank Mr Atherton and Sabreena Raju enough for their professionalism empathy and understanding. For me a great job a great team thank you

I would Recommend My Breast 100% . I had breast lift first, and was so pleased I went back for a tummy tuck . My surgeon Mr Younis was fantastic along with Sabreena who was lovely and looked after my appointments. Mr Younis puts you at ease and gives you confidence in your decision. I am more than pleased with the results and will be in my bikini this summer. I felt I was given all the information with no pressure from the start and felt very well looked after.

I went to three carefully selected breast surgery clinics, for face to face consultations . My choice was easy as in my opinion Mybreast were head and shoulders above the others in terms of: consultation, advice, explanation , professionalism, pre surgery checks and tests.

My only frustration was in trying to find the office in Farringdon

I had three pre surgery consultations and three post surgery appointments

My surgeon was Mr Richard Young who I would highly recommend

I am happy to report that following my review, the clinic have been very pro-active in drawing this matter to a conclusion. They were very polite and apologised the delay in dealing with my refund.

The clinic cancelled my consultation appointment last minute. Offered to refund me the booking fee and travel costs at the time. Since then I have contacted the clinic several times about the 'promised' refund - and nothing has been done. Not a good starting point for a client/clinic relationship.
