To be honest I was nervous booking for a friend to use a service that I had not used before. My friend arrived early and was picked up early in an upgrade car category. Thank you very much for your service. Best, Josh

CarsCO is a godsend. I take so many cabs from NY to Queens and back. They provide such a reliable and cheap service. Their drivers are bright and presentable. Treat me like a Queen. Love them and the money I save-- also the lack of hassle.

Cars are on time. Drivers polite. Cars clean.

Your website wasn't working for over a week and all I was told was that they were "updating it". Tried daily to use it and wouldn't take my reservations. Made phone reservations and days later site still not working. Should have told me they were having problems and to continue to call.

Customer service is generally awful. I cannot update my own account info. People take corrected information and then make mistakes entering. Very frustrating.

Since the website issues I am very frustrated with your service.

I use CarsCo to get around the city and even in and out of the city all of the time. They are reliable, there is never a waiting time for the driver, and the money I am saving is fabulous!

I arrived early to meet the driver at the scheduled pick up location. My children, 20 and 11 years old, were on their way from NJ to meet their father at JFK airport in NY. The driver called, he was at the wrong location. Understanding mistakes happen, I gave the driver the address and tried to assist him. He insisted we stay on the phone, became frazzled and began raising his voice and speaking to me with utter disrespect!!! He finally arrived 25 minutes late, the car was disgusting, he would not help me and my children with their luggage and, instead of offering an apology, complained about the mismanagement of the CarsCo dispatch office. I called CarsCo and spoke with a customer service representative. She assured me that I would be refunded for the pick up and, as a military member, would receive a discount for the return trip. I later received a call from a driver's manager who explained that his driver became nervous and scared about being lost and that's why he treated me and my children the way he did. He told me not to take it personally and try to understand the driver was having a bad day. They never refunded or discounted me as promised!!!

The cars are great and generally the picks ups and drop off are on time. One time the driver was 45 minutes late but Carsco didn't offer me a discount or compensation. I also don't appreciate that the toll rate has increased to $17.50 which seems very high.

I am retired, and when traveling alone I always take Carsco to one of the 3 airports in New York City. They are a little less expensive than a limousine service. So far they have been pretty reliable, both picking up at home as well as at the airport. Only once did I have to wait almost an hour at JFK. The driver called and gave me notice, as there was a "traffic problem". Unfortunately it was happening when I came back from a long trip from Europe, and I was tired and in pain (severe arthritis). What if he had been an hour late in the direction of the airport? Not acceptable!
My husband used CarsCo once or twice for non business related travel. He thinks the drivers are not professional enough. They try to converse, which he doesn't like. Also, some drivers play their music without asking if we mind, or what music we like. One driver, at our most recent trip on 7/5/14 arriving at midnight at JFK, was driving with the windows down instead of A/C! I asked if he could close the windows and turn on A/C, as I'm sensitive to draught (arthritis in my neck) and it was also noisy. He did but so cold, and vent directed right on me. I asked again if he could turn up the temp and change the vent direction. It seemed too much for him so he turned off the A/C. Now it was too hot in the car! He was not accommodating at all! He was also the one playing his own pop music, and also took a private phone call! Hope you fire him.
Overall Carsco is a good deal, but does not have very professional drivers.

I think the dispatchers and the drivers are great!

The driver was 40 minutes late which is inexcusable no matter what but especially in NYC. My flight landed to Newark at 4:05 and if he had been there on time, i would have made it home in NYC just ahead of rush hour at about 5. Instead, he picked me up at 445 and i didnt get home until 6:15. i also wrote an email to carsco directly while in the cab to tell them how upset i was and they never got back to me! This is really disappointing. They should have apologized and "comped" me the ride. Also they are supposed to be using "green" cars and this guy came in a normal gas guzzling toyota -- false advertising. I will never use them again

Zaki was a good driver and managed very well the difficulties encountered on the way to JFK, owing to flash flood conditions.
Overall a very positive experience: I am looking forward to same service
on my way back home September 2nd 2014

I discovered CarsCo in American Airlines magazine and have been using them ever since. I come to NY at least once a month and knowing that I have transportation waiting; that I can zip right past the taxi line; and that I will not have a crazy NY Taxi ride to my location, but a friendly, personable driver with whom I feel safe is so important to me.
I've recommended CarsCo to everyone who travels to or from NY; friend or stranger. It also helps knowing a good portion of the fleet is eco-friendly. I drive a Prius myself and know that you not only get great mileage but emit fewer pollutants!

Every time I get in to one of your cars, I need to give directions on how to get to LGA airport from the upper west side. They have always gone the wrong way.
