Move your club into the 21st century
After looking at many alternatives it was decided to use myClubhouse as a database for our sailing club. The folks at my clubhouse could not be more helpful and have provided first class support from the initial set up and import of our data to ongoing day to day help.
Relevant data can be made available to specified club officers and this is not only useful for the day to day management of the club but will also provide the committee with valuable information to be used in monitoring and planning future developments.
Renewal notices were sent out automatically and within 3 weeks over 50% of our members have renewed their membership with 80% of these paying on-line, the fees being automatically credited to the club bank account. Fantastic!
myClubhouse is extremely flexible and can be adapted to fit any club set up. They really do seem to have thought of everything. We have found it to be superior to other systems investigated including one specifically designed for sailing clubs and that says it all.
I have no reservations whatsoever in recommending myClubhouse.

Great Event/Membership system.
No system is perfect but the advice, guidance and support offered by Simmetrics is second to none.
If you are involved in club memberships or online event registration, then this is a fantastic system.
