Showed item was in stock so headed down to find it was not in stock, said they were moving branches but could get it here for Monday, I said I would call in Tuesday to pick them up.
Called in today to pick them up to find out 5hey had ordered white instead of blue marble chippings said that I had asked for white, I pulled the piece of paper I had written it down on it clearly said blue.
To which there was a silence and a shrug of shoulders, no offer to reorder nothing hence the review.
Some things are so easy to put right.

Brilliant customer service Thornton branch they have been great while I have been modernising my new old home, really helpful with product knowledge and loading my van many times as I have used them loads over the last 18 months.

Lovely experience from start to finish. Spoke on the phone to Garvin a few times, each time he was extremely friendly and professional. Then the delivery was booked and was happy to work around times etc. I live down a very small and narrow lane and was concerned whether or not they would be able to get the vehicle down but they went out of their way and sent a vehicle down to check if it would fit and told me it would. On the day of delivery, the driver, Andy was again very polite, happy to help and professional. The truck got down and he placed all the materials where we wanted them. Extremely happy with this experience and I would 100% recommend this company. I know where I will be shopping in the future if I need anything like that! Thanks again to the Sowerby Bridge team.

Contacted Myers Batley for price on 2x1 slaters latt 99p plus vat sent my lad to brighouse as was nearer surprised when he came back with latts 1.35 plus vat ring up to query price was told different branches have different prices and must be old stock absolute rip off merchants used on and off for 35 yrs steer well clear never use again arrogant staff

Called in at Myers Leyburn branch. I was having my driveway extended and wanted some Bradstone blocks to match the existing ones laid 8 years ago, but was unsure which colour range I needed. I took some sample blocks and photos with me, hoping that they could advise me of the correct colour. I spoke with Nigel (Area Manager), who was most helpful, he sent my photos to a colleague and he was able to confirm the correct colour as "Autumn". He also advised me of the quantity of blocks per metre. Having worked out how many of each I needed, I rang my order through to Nigel and the blocks were delivered 2 days later. Excellent customer service from Nigel and the rest of the team.

We regularly purchase supplies from Myers - usually the Thornton and Brighouse branches. The staff are always helpful and knowledgeable and deliveries are always on time. There's a good range of stock and if they haven't got something, they'll always try and source it for us from another branch. 👍
