Seem to only be able to stop on 2
Seem to only be able to stop on 2 ! And the loud fanfare i am not pleased , i am a subscriber, and also quite a few shops won’t take the voucher , so i keep wasting one when i can’t get a paper , does anyone else have this problem

I am a long-time voucher customer and am now genuinely appalled by what appears to be a TOTAL CON !! How can the below "random" spins be actually random? Landing every time on 2 POINTS on TEN consecutive spins. I intend to cancel my subscription ASAP.

I must be REALLY unlucky
I must be REALLY unlucky 9 spins in row i have got only 2 tickets.
Or maybe its fixed, also cant find previous draws and the winners.........................
Completely agree with the last post
Completely agree with the last post. I have received 2 points each day for the last six days - coincidence, I think not. As previously suggested, just award an average number of points each day and stop the 'Spin the Wheel' charade.
Daily Mail treating it readers as fools
I seem to have the same problem with the latest edition of spin the wheel of it being stuck on 2. What is the point of spinning the wheel of it always goes to 2. It is a complete waste of my time.
The daily mail seems to be losing the plot and treating it readers as fools. Then again you could argue that you have to be a fool to read the Daily Mail.
Is the wheel rigged
I spun the wheel after entering my numbers and 4 times it landed on 2 tickets on the trot. That doesn't seem random.
I agree with previous comments
I agree with previous comments, I too have landed on No 2 on 8 consecutive occasions under the new system, I cannot see this being correct. My first spin was 20 then it went downhill...... The price of the newspapers have gone up too! This needs to be sorted asap as they will loose loyal custom.
Daily Mail Spin to Win Complete con!
Complete con!! I have received just 2 points every spin for the last 10???
Think they have tightened the screw on giving draw tickets.
Well done Daily Mail - another loyal customer lost. 🙄
Total rip off
Total rip off, l have been collectng nectar points for a long time and got to a total of nearly 20,000. Thought l would exchange them for M&S vouchers. Now been told that since 'spin the wheel' my points are no longer valid, REALLY! Disgraceful treatment from a national newspaper
Waste of my time
For heaven sake stop this spin the wheel nonsense and just jive us the average points for entering a number. It is obvious the wheel is rigged for an average. It is tedious and time wasting.
Long time (40 + years) buyer
Long time (40 + years) buyer, sadly wont bother again, l used to enjoy the nectar scheme, regularly used to take advantage of collecting bonus points, The wheel spin is definitely a con,! reading the comments here proves youve lost loyal customers,
Sack the idiot who came up with this,
Dont take us for fools :(
I'm staying on the Isle of Wight where the internet access is bad
I'm staying on the Isle of Wight where internet connection is very slow, regardless of whether I use my own or the hotel. Last time I was here I had to contact you as it wasn't allowing sufficient time for the numbers to load, so I could get my nectar points. Today I have managed after multiple attempts and being notified as offline, which I checked and I was connected,to enter the numbers but by this time the option of spinning the wheel had disappeared. Yet again I am losing out as a subscription holder of my rights to spun the wheel. There's no opportunity to enter numbers other than on the day now, so I can't retain the numbers and try when out tomorrow and in s different location.
I feel some facilities need to be in place for people who genuinely try but through no fault of their own just cannot access a quick internet upload. I had cleared and closed all other apps before trying to load. Now I'm not being allowed to sign out either,so totally fed up
Unfortunately since they have changed…
Unfortunately since they have changed the layout cannot seem to log in any more just a waste of time
Bad experience.Exchanged my 2000 nectar points for £10…
Exchanged my 2000 nectar points for £10 M&S egiftcard but afortunality there are not any more my nectar points and never received my gift card.Contacted customer help service twice but there are not any responce now already for 2 weeks.Ihave feelings I been robbed
Offer. No offer
Took up offer for £10 M&S gift card. Bought the papers, it was confirmed I was accepted for offer so pressed redeem button - and nothing! Pressed several times more but still no luck. Gave up & tried again next day. Card now out of stock. Have tried several more times; if stock is available, redeem button doesn't work or out of stock again. Contacted Mail by email but no response bar auto acknowledge. Not impressed & doubt I'll bother with so-called offers in the future
What an experience! What a scam!
Have been entering unique numbers for ages and, since nectar points ended, have continued entering my unique numbers on spin-the-wheel every day. On one day recently I entered my unique numbers, they were accepted and the left hand half of the blue square appeared, asking me to spin the wheel. NO WHEEL appeared! I waited for approx 10 mins to see if it would appear but nothing! Filled out a complaint form only to be told if this happens, I should log out and start again. I did try that and the message ‘You have already entered these unique numbers’ appeared. Of course this was bound to happen! Do they think we are all stupid? This is such a con. Don’t think I’ll take part in any future scams!!!!
Misleading promotion + appalling communication
I buy the Mail every Saturday and occasionally on Sundays too. When I remember, I enter the Unique Number on the MyMail website to get Nectar Points (but now it's a pointless Spin the Wheel instead).
On Saturday 18/11 the site showed a promotion whereby if you entered 3 Unique Numbers by Tuesday 21/11 you would qualify to receive enough Nectar Points (2000) for a £10 M&S voucher. So I entered both Saturday's and Sunday's (19/11) numbers - one more needed. Monday and Tuesday were busy days, but I remembered by 7pm on 21/11, checked the website - promotion still showing - and drove to the garage which fortunately hadn't sold out of the Mail. I entered my 3rd number and got a message "Congratulations - you have qualified for this promotion!" However under this, in smaller letters, were the words "Out of stock", and the first mention of a total cap of 10,000 and implied a daily cap too. They explained that these "were snapped up quick [sic] each day".
OK - I was too slow, but why did the Mail not inform their gullible readers by posting a message well BEFORE 7pm saying the promotion had ended? It would have saved me a wasted journey, and a sick-making sight of the word "congratulations"! In the end I felt I'd been scammed.
I tried twice to send a web-form complaint about this disingenuous offer, only to find that Microsoft Edge does not work with the Mail (accusing it in 2019 of misleading content). A phonecall the next day to the promotions team seemed to confirm this, with the hard-faced Zoltan not accepting any responsibiity for my disappointment. There is now (22/11) a message on MyMail saying the promotion has ended, but only after myself (and almost certainly others) were, in my view, deceived.
My Mail con
Cannot help feeling the £10 M&S promotion was a con. I redeemed immediately after I entered the 3rd unique number on the first day that the promotion ended. I was told that I had successfully redeemed but then it stated they were out of stock and would receive more the following day. Upshot is I am not receiving my £10 - having contacted Mail today to be told I did not redeem. I assured them I had so they then told me they had a limited amount of vouchers. No transparency whatsoever with this promotion. Needs to be run past trading standards which I will do.
Poorly thought out childish and potentially discriminative …
I entered all of the required numbers and also had the voucher for 2000 nectar points I did everything the website asked, then was told that it would take up to the end of November to award the 2000 points needed to claim the £10 voucher. Why? The small print states that once the nectar points arrive there are then only 5 days to claim the £10 M & S voucher. Many people are likely to miss for this reason and suggests the Mail is deliberately trying to reduce the number of claims. If they don’t award the points to everyone who has applied correctly then they will be in breach of the agreement unless there is something in the small print, which I haven’t seen, stating for example that only the first hundred applications will be considered. Like others I feel that the Mail has lot the plot and made a simple exercise ridiculously complicated. Also, I am not a Quaker but I do know that any form of gambling is frowned upon which would exclude part of their readership as well as with other religious groups who frown upon gambling. Did they consider that??Like many readers I find ‘spin the wheel’ like some sort of outdated fairground amusement. Grow up Daily Mail! As for asking for a date of the experience it is sadly repetitive at the moment.
Rip off
Rip off! Not a word about 'limited' £10 M&S vouchers, just got the message 'out of stock'. How low has the Daily Mail stooped, it was just a con. How many of these vouchers were available????
