My Paint Brush were awesome as usual with my last order. Unfortunately DHL were useless! They got within 300m of my house and decided they couldn’t be bothered to come the rest of the way and just said they ‘couldn’t access the property’. Note on the tracking was will be ‘delivered next working day’ (Monday), so I waited, no show and no word, so I rearranged on Tuesday morning giving them two days (Thursday) which they acknowledged. Delivery day and no word but there was a note on the tracking saying ‘delivery would be Friday’! No show and no word until after closing time when I got the same ‘couldn’t access the property’ note on the tracking. Friday it all worked, well done, you’ve done your job, just a shame it’s a week late completely disrespecting the efforts of their client My Paint Brush.
