Purchased a gift set of two silver watch bands. After only three months they have tarnished quite badly and look cheap and nasty now. Considering the price and presentation, I am very disappointed in the quality of the product, with no returns after 30 days, don't be fooled like I was.

What they don’t explain is that they are based in America and it cost exactly the same to post it as it does to reorder make sure you get the right product because if you need to return it, it is very expensive

My experience of My Pretty Straps: Terrible customer service. Did not respond to my request for info for weeks - running out the 'return' clock. Tried to start a return. Even though the return policy allows you to return all straps (a BOGO purchase) the system will not allow this. I could not tell the finish on straps (matt vs shiny). Straps come in boxes with no info as to item #, color. Cannot identify which straps I ordered vs received. Find another company to purchase straps. 100% dissatisfaction.

Don’t purchase from this company, my package said delivered and I Never received my order, I reached out to this company letting them know what occurred and they (Refused to Refund My Money). I was told I should have taken out insurance, there was nothing there showing extra coverage. The fact that I’m paying for an item I didn’t receive is HORRIBLE BUSINESS!! Don’t Buy from this Company because they don’t care about their customers and Refused to assist me. Don’t waste your Time!!!

I returned a product because it was to big , I never got refunded my shipping cost that was charged to my card it never specified that the shipping was not refundable It was a difference of about 13.00 dollars that they kept.
Shipping was payed by myself and did not get it refunded. I recommend not ordering from this company being that they have false advertisement and are not honest with their customer , very poor service with their customer service , not helpful at All . I would not buy from them again and dont recommend anyone buying from them .

You can find the same bands (exactly the same, same quality just came in a nicer box) on amazon for 1/2 the price. And, they don't return your emails when you try to return them.

I ordered two bands and one watch face cover. They are nice looking, but did not match the ‘Apple Rose Gold’, so I emailed their customer service requesting to return for a refund with the order number and photos per their online instructions. I am still waiting for their response a week later. Customer service is extremely important and this company is VERY lacking.

I have purchased several items from Pretty Straps over time, but unfortunately my experience with customer service has been very disappointing. I needed to return a few items, and communication was extremely slow. It honestly felt like responses were delayed so long that customers might give up on the return process altogether. They offered me to keep the item I bought, and they would sell me another item at 50%?? What, going to spend more money with you? I don't think so.

On top of that, I did not receive a full refund and also had to pay $9 out of pocket to ship the item back. Between the poor communication, return costs, and partial refund, the overall experience was frustrating enough that I do not think I will purchase from them again.

Great response from customer service

I only use My Pretty Strap covers and bands for my Apple Watch. They are good quality and look classy. If there are any issues they respond promptly. Great customer service.

The straps are beautiful as I've bought a couple but after a few months the clasp loosens and the watch falls off. Tried to speak to customer service several times but they would not exchange or refund which was disappointing. Lovely but not strong enough .

I have made 2 purchases with this company directly. I loved the first strap I bought. I just ordered two watch covers and two straps. The watch covers did not fit on my apple watch. One of the straps looked a bit cheap and I did not like it. The 2nd strap was too thin for me.
I tried to start a return. It was THE most difficult return I have ever had to do. It took 3 days and several emails before they would give me the address to ship the product back. (at my expense). They finally sent me the instructions after I said I was going to decline the charges on my credit card. I had to send pictures of the product and the shipping label. I order 95% of my purchases on line from various companies. I have never had this much trouble to return something. I will not be back. It's too bad because I really like the first strap I bought.

I love their products and the attentiveness when support is needed.

The agent that helped me was Maddie. I had purchased the 2 for 2 deal and one of the straps I just didn’t like the way it felt and the entire exchange process was easy clear start to finish. She followed up and kept me updated on the process.

Band broke after 7 weeks, refused to provide a refund, would only replace( at my cost for shipment), replacement arrived, strap catch broken when opened and still no refund. Do not buy from them. It is a front for a cheap Chinese company called 4PX Express co ltd. May as well buy off Temu.

I had an issue where they sent me the wrong watch strap. Within a few emails, Ron had ordered me the right one at no cost to me. He even let me keep the other one! I will definitely be purchasing again, as the straps are beautiful and customer service went above and beyond for me!

Ordered for the 1st time in 2022, and ALL 5 bands still look amazing. They are extremely reasonably priced & seem to catch the attention of many eyes. I just placed & received another order to add to my collection. I struggled to customize 1/5, and Ron responded super quick to my inquiry. Customer Service is equally important as the quality of the product for me. THANK YOU!

I am very satisfied with my purchase of two watch face frames, one in gold and one in rose gold. Ordering was easy, shipping was timely, and my items were carefully packaged. The watch face frames are sturdy and beautiful and match my watch bands perfectly.
