I purchased a beautiful band and watch cover for my daughter-in-law for Christmas. Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong cover and needed to return it. Julie, the customer service representative, was so helpful in the process. I was very pleased with how quickly this was resolved.

PrettyStrap is luxury made affordable as it looks and feels just like the expensive name brand company that sells watches that range from 700-10k. I own a rolex but for fitness and communication purposes I tend to wear my apple watch more often these days. This band has not only the look of luxury but the feel of it too.

I purchased three Pretty Straps for my wife and she loved the product. Two of the straps required re-sizing, I reached out to Pretty Strap for instruction. Maddie responded with an easy video. I was able to make the adjustments quickly. Thank you…Maddie

My strap broke. They did repair/replace it but it broke again.

I have bought may things from My Pretty Strap and have had great experiences before. This time, not so much. After I ordered and got the shipment notification I noticed that it was not moving beyond “label created. Awaiting package.” I contacted customer service who just dismissed me and said they would deal with it after 15 days. I wanted this order for Christmas… I reached out to Maddie again who told me to just wait the 15 days. At 15 days I reached out yet again. I was told that I still had one more day for it to arrive “but I will go ahead and open a case for you anyway”. Gee thanks. After a day or two I get confirmation that it was “stuck/lost while in transit” and hooray- “I have processed to reship your order. It should go out shortly.” seriously? If you had just looked at the tracking initially you would have seen I’m not a complete idiot like you treated me. It is now December 26- no chance of being a Christmas gift. I’ll go ahead and take my business elsewhere next time.

I was in the process of placing an order for both an apple watch band and watch cover. I had a question in regard to which cover color/finish would pair best with the watch band that I had selected. I reached out to the Customer Care Team and received not only a reply from Maddie, but also a photo of both the watch band and watch cover in question. It was so helpful for me to see the pair and I appreciate Maddie "going above and beyond" in order for me to make my selection. Although I have not as yet received my order, I am certain that I will be pleased with my choice. Thank you again, Maddie, for your prompt reply, assistance, and for being a part of the wonderful Customer Care Team at My Pretty Strap!!!

I accidently ordered the wrong size watch face cover. I wrote to the company immediately and the next day they removed the item from my order and refunded my account.

I finally bought my first Apple Watch for my 60th birthday (December 13, 2025). I had been seeing the “My Pretty Strap” advertisement on Facebook and decided to take advantage of the sale. Very happy with the purchase. The bands look expensive and I received nice comments.

Sent an email to the company regarding returning an item. Response from Alex was quick and was offered 2 different options for return!
