Extremely disappointing delivery and…
Extremely disappointing delivery and customer service
My order was promised for delivery between 8–10 September. However, the tracking has shown “waiting to be picked up by Eushipments” since 2 September.
I contacted Eushipments directly and they confirmed that they do not have the physical parcel and only have the waybill information. Sameday also confirmed that they have not received the parcel.
Despite this, Myprotein told me that my order had been “dispatched and is currently with our delivery provider”, which directly contradicts the tracking information and what the courier told me.
I have spent a considerable amount of time contacting Myprotein, Eushipments and Sameday just to find out where my paid order actually is.
Very disappointing experience. I expected much better communication and logistics from such a large company. This experience will definitely make me reconsider ordering from Myprotein and recommending it to others.

How am I to judge the transaction at this point, if all that happened so far was for my card to lighten up on funds? I have neither received goods, not tried them...
If you are just looking for confirmation on how informative your automated messages are, well, they are automated, so they do not care.

I had an order for 166 euro
I had an order for 166 euro, I did try to login to the app and get the extra 10 euro off as advertised. The app didn't allow me to login with Google as I do on the browser. It is annoying when you advertise something that is not working!

Worst possible support
Worst possible support. My order was supposed to arrive in 4 days. It’s been 3 weeks with no information for my package. Whenever I message support - either the platform is down or the support is offline. When you send a message they reply back with two sentences and just run me in circles:
“ We're sorry you haven't received your order yet.
Have you checked your emails and phone messages for delivery information?
If you need help with anything else, please contact our customer service center.”
This is totally ridiculous

I placed an order for two items and…
I placed an order for two items and paid for the delivery. The order was never delivered, and it was apparently marked as “refused”, even though I never refused or cancelled it. The tracking information showed no movement of the parcel.
I contacted customer support several times, but instead of resolving the issue, I had to spend a lot of time explaining what had happened and trying to get someone to understand the problem.
Eventually, the order was refunded, including the delivery fee. I appreciate that the refund was processed, but I am extremely disappointed with the entire experience — the website, the customer service, and especially the delivery process.
I ordered products, paid for them, and simply expected them to arrive. Unfortunately, the delivery never happened, and the way the situation was handled made the experience even more frustrating.
I expected much better service and reliability from this company.
