Ordered two canisters of their tooth powder at the end of November, 2025. Never Received them and tried to contact their Customer Service numerous times by email, with no response. No phone listed on their website. This company is a total rip-off! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!

I received my product and used it a couple of times, it makes your teeth incredibly sensitive. It got to the point where a b12 liquid vitamin hurt my teeth, it was paralyzing for about 10-15 seconds. Stay away from this product. You cant return it when you use it. They do not stand behind their product at all.

No customer service contact. My email was hacked and I have no way of canceling or even confirming my subscription! No way to sign into anything!

If there was an option for 0 stars, this product deserves it! With a promise of remineralizing teeth and prevent preventing cavities, my toddlers teeth have deteriorated even more! I am fully disappointed that people are still out to scam others just for a few extra bucks. I run an online business and this is no way to build millions for the long run. If you’re looking for the short term, then you will get short term results and still end up broke.

I didn't care for the product. It's very chalky and hard to use. The label on the bottle is printed in microscopic letters so it's impossible to read. I tried to contact the company for a return within the 120-day return period, but the email was returned. There is no way to contact them

Product purchased 39£99 never received it. Impossible to send a mail to either customer services or to the company, they all come back undelivered…(like my purchase!) so feels like a scam to me.

It appears to be a con. I purchased 2 containers of this and the condition of my teeth has deteriorated. I am so disgusted they will not reply to any emails and I'm so angry with them. Buyers beware.

I ordered and received a product advertised to have a 60-day money-back guarantee and ingredient transparency. After the purchase I discovered it ships from China (not disclosed at checkout). The jar I got has no ingredient list and the label text is nearly unreadable, making it impossible to verify what’s inside.

I emailed their support requesting a refund. No reply after several business days.

Between the misleading advertising, missing required ingredient information, and lack of customer response, I believe this product is misrepresented and do not trust this business unless they fix these issues.

Company offers returns on their website but doesn’t respond to organise a return. No response on their support email, instagram or facebook. Have been trying for weeks, lost count how many times.

My Reumi hypes up exaggerated claims and bolsters false testimonials about its mind-blowingly miraculous proprietary blend of "TCM" oral care ingredients that "heal your mouth by targeting the root cause". Their website wildly boasts over 50,000 5-star reviews, yet where are they? Why can't we see them ourselves?

My Reumi's Instagram page has zero posts yet their sponsored advertisements circulating IG repeatedly have the same ChatGPT "review" captioning all the different images. In a few IG video testimonials, clients are seen holding and referring to entirely different products than the ones actually sold on their site.

This company outlandishly claims their tooth powder will "TIGHTEN LOOSE TEETH, RESOLVE RECEDING GUMS, REMINERALIZE TEETH & STRENGTHEN ENAMEL, DISSOLVE PLAQUE & TARTAR
and SOOTHE BLEEDING GUMS, RELIEVE SENSITIVITY & BALANCES PH, WHITEN & FRESHEN NATURALLY.

I've been using this product multiple times daily for 3 weeks and it has achieved none of these things. I mean NOT ONE. The product shipped from China and arrived without an ingredient list insert or ingredient label. From what I can discern, it's just fluffy baking soda (cheap to produce) packed into a small blue and white tub, pigmented a light peach color by who-knows-what.

My Reumi's tooth powder has no taste and zero scent whatsoever which makes it impossible for a single ingredient to be self-identified. In the first week of use my upper gums were mildly irritated by its use so I stopped applying it altogether.

Their website is only 4 months old and is pimped with all the *scream in your face* brouhaha that tries to convince you your dental issues will be magically resolved for under fifty bucks. Simply not true. Also, good luck googling them in a random search because a whole lot of nothing will come up.

My Reumi is just another *milk your money* pop-up, fly-by-night internet mirage to smash your face on when you plunge into it head first believing all the false and misleading marketing.
