I wants to say a big thank you to Myrooms and Marine, my experience was great, from searching my apartment and managed complete all the procedures within one day, thanks for the professional advice and support! Much appreciated!

Although I did not arrive at the property in the most glorious state, it did not stay that way for long! Within a day of mentioning some faults, Myrooms' tireless maintenance worker was able to repair mirrors, a shower door, a cupboard and multiple windows without a complaint at being called upon for his services, as well as issues which were not mentioned to him, but which he took care of under his own initiative.
Thanks must go to our leasing agent, Mihai, who was very patient and non-pushy with me during the leasing process, and who was quick and all too happy to relay messages to the right people to get our queries resolved. They have been nothing but courteous with us, and have quickly made the residence very functional, safe and cosy! They were able to find tenants with whom I am very compatible, and have given us the makings of a brilliant year!
Finally, the zero-deposit scheme came as a godsend to me, as it has helped me deal with my cash flow between jobs, and made the prospect of a move that much less stressful.

Mihai has been brilliant arranging a swift and easy process for a room I have agreed to rent with MyRooms. Referencing was simple and fast and he even helped on the weekend. Organising a convenient collection for the keys and checking in via message for the first couple of days to ensure I am happy with everything, which I am!
