Excellent Product, But I’d Avoid the Warrington Branch
I chose Sortimo because of their reputation for top-quality van racking — and while the product itself is excellent, my experience with the UK internal sales team (Warrington branch) was frustrating and disappointing.
🔹 I paid in full in July 2024.
🔹 The first installation had misaligned holes, a faulty SR box slider, and missing parts.
🔹 Communication was inconsistent — I had to repeatedly chase updates and was even hung up on during one phone call.
🔹 Despite my clear request, some design elements (like mirrored racking) were not properly reflected in the final installation.
🔹 It took nearly 11 months from order to full resolution.
The only consistently positive part of the process was the installer from Kits-n-Bits, who showed professionalism, sympathy, and care throughout. He clearly took pride in his work and wanted to meet my expectations — but was let down by the planning and coordination behind the scenes.
✅ I’m still a fan of Sortimo’s racking systems — they are well built and meet the professional standard I expect.
❌ However, I will avoid dealing with the Warrington-based internal sales team in the future, and instead look for an alternative purchasing route if I order more accessories or products.
