Starting a new experience of applying for Home Equity value via NADA with outstanding support along the steps of application procedures. After all our Home Equity is our largest untapped asset. First time attempt to use their service and happy starting help immediately.

Josh was very helpful , he walked me through the whole procedure. I feel that he was a gift from GOD . I would recommend Nada to anyone who wants it to go very smooth .

The person, Cade, who assisted me was knowledgeable and explained the process and answered questions promptly and with the customer in mind. Through the process so far it has been a great experience without automation that tends to remove the customer service aspect as you're left to self guide through prompts. I plan to continue working with Nada and expectations of great customer service as demonstrated by Cade are expected.

So far I guess okay I mean the process is not over it would be better to make a a report after the process is over one way or the other but so far the process has been okay
