Nailsea Physio were available when I needed them. They listened to my problem and worked with me on resolving it. They are friendly, knowledgeable and all about getting the best results for their patients. You get a lot of appointment time for your money and if you do your exercises at home too, their expert guidance pays off. Definitely worth a visit, whatever your problem is.

Really happy with treatment and service. Initial consultation was thorough, including very clear explanations, supported by illustrations on the wall, which really helped me to understand.
Emily listens attentively, and explains her understanding clearly, before prescribing exercises - via an excellent online service with optional app - and getting hands-on with particularly knotty areas.
I feel that my long-term shoulder problem is in really good hands, and am looking forward to even greater progress in time (writing this after 3 sessions).
Reception is also friendly and helpful, which contributes to a very positive experience.

I have been seeing Emma at Nailsea Physio thanks to her being recommended by a friend, after months of getting absolutely nowhere with a chronic sports related injury, I am now finally back on track, thanks to Emma. I have been to see Emma for a couple of courses of treatment for lower back pain, after working from home during the pandemic. She is extremely competent and professional, gets to the cause of problems very quickly, and is also great at explaining what’s causing the issues in a way that makes sense to me (as someone with no biology/medical training) and helps me to understand the reasoning behind different exercises etc.

Following a hip replacement I felt I needed some support for my recovery to fitness and mobility. Anastasia gave my confidence that I could achieve this. Her advice immediately helped me to walk without pain and I can climb stairs easily after only a week. She is very competent and caring and I would recommend her service to anyone needing similar assistance.

I came across Emma when she did an excellent talk at my running club and next time I was injured I decided to pay her a visit. She really knows her stuff and understands how important sport is in our lives and unlike other physio’s I have visited who simply tell me to rest and book in lots of sessions, she encourages sensible next steps and allows me as the patient to plan my visits to see her. Having strained the muscles in my back through lifting, gardening, or whatever! Thanks to the treatment received by Anastasia, my back problem is gradually improving. She has given me stretching exercises in order to release the tension and relax the muscles affected. Stressing also, the importance of carrying out the exercises daily to help with the recovery.
Would highly recommend.

I first visited Emma with neck and back problems after my initial consultation I soon realised my neck back and hip were all related after my first session I can honestly say I felt 100% better, I continue to have further treatment which is sorting all my niggles out, I can thoroughly recommend visiting Emma for any aches and pains, she has made me feel great and pain free !!!!

Went to Emma for an impingement in my shoulder, and I was very pleased with the progress and resolution of the issue. Had a further separate issue with my rotator cuff which is in the process of being resolved.

Great service. Emma took the time to understand my issues and my lifestyle before pinpointing my problems (plus uncovering some I didn't know I had). I was prescribed simple exercises and wasn't pressured to book more appointments just told to see how I feel and book another if needed. Great service and I will be going back!
