Would absolutely not recommend. I pay around R7,000 a month in premiums, submitted a claim for a Dell monitor, and after waiting two weeks was offered a ridiculous R1,600. That’s not just disappointing, it’s insulting.

For a company that markets itself as modern and customer-focused, this experience proves the complete opposite. When you actually need them, they massively underdeliver. Feels like a complete rip-off. Avoid.

Unfortunately, that assurance turned out to be false, and over the course of three weeks I was repeatedly misled with promises that the car was repaired and roadworthy, only for new and serious issues to be uncovered each time. In the end, the deal completely fell through, despite all the time, money, and effort I had already put into preparing for it.
