I selected the deed poll premium package as I divorced 20 years ago but my daughter has just got married and taken her husband’s surname. My decision to return to my maiden name was supported by the feedback from NameSwitch, and the package I had decided on.

I couldn’t recommend name switch higher! I contacted them feeling completely overwhelmed and distressed with trying to change my name on my driving license, which had expired and they refused to accept my divorce acknowledgment as they no longer issue a certificate. They also wouldn’t accept my prior id as it was in my married name. Name switch made it effortless and completely took control for me. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone. Thank you so much.

If I could give more than 5 stars I certainly would. Nameswitch made everything so much easier with changing my name after getting married. I had actually not even thought about half of the places they had as options for name changes! So thank you so much for being life savers ☺️

Amazing service! The team were so helpful and my documents were delivered super quick. There’s a massive range of companies to chose from to inform of your name change, I don’t think I would’ve even thought to inform half of them!! Would absolutely recommend to anyone, takes all the stress out of the name change process 😊

Brilliant service with lovely customer service. After getting divorced I wanted to change my name back to my maiden name and just couldn't face all of the admin. Used the Nameswitch service and they were brilliant, had to call them up as I wasn't sure how to change my passport and they spent an hour helping me work through all the stuff. I have used Name Switch today to help my son with the process of officially changing his name and gender post-reassignment. First of all I really liked the fact that this service regarded gender as a reason, but most of all because a) it offered a greater level of personalisation, allowing you to choose organisations that you needed to contact b) the fabulous customer service from the real human being on the chat who walked me through the whole process, checked what i had done and suggested amendments.
