Great purchase, arrived on time!

The customer service experience was exceptional. I forgot to put the correct size down when I ordered the ring and they reached out to ensure what size I was ordering. Then when I had questions about shipping and the such, they were able to answer my questions without any problems. All of this led to a great experience and definitely leaves me with thoughts of coming back to then for future purchases!

My Girlfriend, NOW MY FIANCÉ and everyone loved the ring. I proposed at our baby shower and it went perfectly. The video is up on YouTube. Lovely ring! Perfect size and a beautiful box.

Everything turned out great. The only minor complaint is that they imported the ring from Israel. They have it imported directly to the customer. So I had to fill out customs paperwork. Not that it was a problem... just wasn’t expecting it. Overall though very nice.

I was REALLY nervous about purchasing a ring online, so anytime I had a question I phoned in and the help I received was wonderful! They even gave me a heads up which helped me prepare for the international shipping! I was ecstatic once I got the ring in my hands. The special touch with the box was a wonderful unique style! Of course she said YES! My fiancée is so in love with her ring! I’m recommending everyone!!

Excellent job. I ordered the ring and kept in touch with them to get the engagement ring engraved. I didn’t know the it was coming from out of the country but that is ok because everything went smooth. The ring is perfect. She said yes!!

Do not buy from this company! They sell FAKE rings. I ordered a ring from them and as soon as it came in I took it to a jeweler to get it appraised and checked. They did numerous tests that all proved the center stone was not a diamond.

I ended up taking it to two more jewelers who both confirmed it is a CUBIC ZIRCONIA stone and not a diamond, a stone that is worth around $20. There were file marks on the stone (a diamond is a 10 on the hardness scale, so a file will not scratch it), the UGI certification did not match the stone whatsoever. They also checked with a diamond tester and an x-ray tester used on diamonds. These jewelers were able to tell it was a fake within about 10 seconds of looking at it but still did the tests to confirm.

Customer service was great up until I found out it was fake. After that the replies began taking around 2-3 days. They gave me a full refund but refused to give an exchange for a real diamond. They told me I’ll “just have to order it again,” even though the price of that same ring is $500 more now.

I was hoping this was just a terrible mistake on their end but as I read through some of the other reviews, this is not the first time this has happened. If you have bought from this company, take your jewelry to several jewelers and have them check its authenticity. If you haven’t, I HIGHLY recommend you shop elsewhere. Don’t let the low prices fool you, these people are scammers.

Natalie Diamonds did an excellent job and was very responsive. I rec'd the ring timely and my fiance absolutely loves it. It is so beautiful, but very affordable.

I was leery of making such an important and expensive purchase online. A diamond is typically one of those things you want to see and examine in person. I took a leap of faith and gave Natalie Diamonds a chance. I had a few questions before purchasing and contacted their support. They were quick to respond and answered my questions. It took 10 days after purchase to finally get a shipping confirmation. I had asked for specific requirements in the diamond so that may have caused more of a delay. I was more than happy to wait for the perfect diamond if it meant I got what I asked for. My diamond ring shipped from Jerusalem via FedEx Express. I knew it shipped internationally and expected an import tax due to the cost. You should expect this tax for any purchase over $2000. FedEx contacted me to fill out an import form for the government. It took about 2 days after FedEx received the completed form for customs to release the ring. In my case, FedEx billed me for the tax separately. Overall, shipping took about 5 days total due to the customs inspections and required paperwork for clearance.

Once receiving the ring, it was everything I had hoped for. It came with a laminated certificate of authenticity stating the requirements I ordered. The envelope was a little damaged but that's typical for any shipping company. The certification had some folds due to the damaged packaging but the ring and box were undamaged. The box holding the ring had a built in LED light that shines on the diamond making it sparkle that much more.

Conclusion: I highly recommend Natalie Diamonds. The experience did require a little more time and work but even with the VAT tax, it was still MUCH cheaper than buying in a store or even on other US based websites. I personally found buying a diamond from Jerusalem to have an extra special meaning. It's a story my fiance can talk about when she shows it off. She loves the ring and I loved the price.

Unlike the layaway plan and once the final payment was made the
