I did a few pre test lessons with Diane. She was brilliant, really kind and patient, she gave me great advice and tips and I passed my test.

I loved my instructor Chris ( Dun Laoghaire) - he made the whole driving experience so calm and smooth. I was a very nervous driver but when I did lessons with him he reassured me and broke down where I went wrong.

I did a few mock tests with him before my actual driving test which helped so much since we did routes similar to where we would be taken on the test.

Chris was amazing, if you’re a worried and nervous driver like me book with him - my sister recommended him to me and passed 1st time! I passed my test just there 1st time which I'm ecstatic about!

Had a great experience with NDS and that was down to my instructor Chris, he broke thing's down and made them very easy to understand, really learnt alot of little tips from him and am very greatful, gained alot of confidence and felt alot calmer overall in the car, 100% would of failed without him, Sound bud!

Great experience with NDS, especially due to my instructor Diane. Having had a bad experience with a different instructor previously, Diane helped me massively with my driving, explained everything so well, giving me confidence and making me relaxed in the car. Passed first time and couldn’t thank her enough!

I started lessons with Chris 8 weeks ago and today I passed my test! I can’t recommend him enough. He’s so knowledgeable and patient. I couldn’t have passed without him.

My instructor, Andrew Murphy that I got for my driving lessons was brilliant at helping me improve my skills to the best of my ability.

The skills I learnt from Andrew helped me pas my driving test and will be useful to me in any future driving that I do.

For that reason I would highly recommend that anyone planning to do a driving test should check out the national driving school.

If you want someone to point out where you're going wrong but give you confidence to take the test, Paulie from the NDS is your man! Couldn't recommend him highly enough.

Overall great experience. Did a pre test with Paul Kane before my driving test and booked his car for the test its self. Absolute pro when it came to preparing me before the test walked me trough all the possible questions and got me used to the car itself. During the pre test he was very helpful with the mistakes I was making and ensured I amended them before I started the test. Alot of the questions we went over came up and alot of the practical stuff came up aswell. Passed in the end and safe to say without the pre test I more than likely would of failed. Highly recommend Paul Kane and the National Driving School in general.

I passed my driving test this week in Dun Laoghaire thanks to my excellent instructor Chris. I was a little older learning to drive and putting it off for years had made me extra nervous but Chris was wonderful from the start. I did all my EDT lessons and pre test with Chris. He was kind and patient, always calm and encouraging and he’s an excellent teacher, he made it all clear and simple. By the time I took my test I felt confident and even enjoy driving (even after years of being nervous about it). I’m so thankful to Chris, can’t recommend him highly enough.

I did all my EDTs and lessons with Ferga, he helped me become such a confident driver and I always looked forward to my lessons. He’s so patient and nice couldn’t recommend him enough!!!

I passed my driving test first time around thanks to Dernan. Absolutely brilliant driving instructor, gave me lots of tips and was very patient. He went above and beyond to help me.

I passed my driving test first time today.
I completed my 12 edts and pretests with Suzanne. She was very helpful patient and helped build my confidence driving for my test. I would highly recommend Suzanne

Brilliant experience with Mick as an instructor!

I would 100% recommend Conor O Toole from national driving school as he is a great communicator and its easy to remember and understand his teachings and instructions as he’s straight to the point and makes sure you understand and hes always happy to help and answer any questions, he also goes over everything with signs ,engine checks and vehicle controls making sure you know it all, thanks to his help I was comfortable ,more confident and I passed my test today on the first attempt in Naas today.

I passed my driving test today on the Tallaght test route, and I’m really happy with my experience.
I took my lessons with Lukasz and Clodagh, and both were absolutely excellent instructors.
They were patient, professional, and gave me great tips that really helped build my confidence.
Highly recommend them to anyone preparing for their driving test!

I had originally started driving manual four years ago but had to stop because work got in the way. At the start of this year I did 2 lessons with Thomas Corbally to complete my mandatory 12 along with 2 pretests one and two weeks before my test. I passed my test with one grade 2 mark. I can’t thank Thomas enough for all his help and patience as I settled back into driving. Not only was he a great teacher he was also great craic (and has a terrific list of coffee spots!), and was always willing to answer any question no matter how stupid. If you’re thinking of doing lessons for the Navan or Drogheda test centre, Thomas is your man!

Passing my driving test wouldn’t have been possible without Michael Slattery(Mick) from National Driving School. From the very beginning, Mick was patient, supportive, and genuinely invested in helping me become a confident driver. He always stayed calm, explained things in a way that was easy to understand, and helped me work through areas I struggled with without ever making me feel under pressure. His encouragement and belief in me made such a difference, especially in the lead-up to my test. I’m so grateful for all his help and guidance, and passing feels like a huge achievement thanks to him. I would highly recommend Mick to anyone learning to drive!”
