I ordered from this company in July and received my product within a few days. The product seemed to be working
and producing results, so I ordered again for August and subscribed for monthly delivery. I have not received my product and the website and store are now unavailable with no way to contact anyone. My emails and dm messages have been unanswered thus far. I will be disputing the amount with my bank and stopping any future transactions from this company. Please don’t order from Natrulift. Great product, very poor customer service!!!!!!

I haven’t received my order it been month

Hi, I placed my order last month and I'm just curious why I haven't received my package yet, and why isn't there a contact number to call. Just wondering what's going on with my delivery.

This company is totally a scam because I ordered from them. I saw my order delivered to my house, but I didn't receive it.

I am so frustrated at this point. I have tried to use the " UPS" tracking number - nothing . Tried to reach out via email several times - nothing . I have been patiently waiting for my products to arrive since November 30, 2025 - nothing. Ironically no response to " any" of my inquiries but I surely got debited for the purchase hours after I placed the order. PLEASE - whatever you do - DO NOT ORDER from Natrulift . All this company had to do was simply fill customers orders and do the right thing by others. NO GOOD will come from all these people that have been deceived Natrulift Organics . KARMA is real ! Ridiculous

This company is a fake. I placed an order 30 days ago and never got my order. I emailed 5 times no response. I disputed with my bank. Cause this is unreal. Do not order from them at all.

Placed an order on July 2 and as of today July 18 order has not been shipped yet. Not sure if it normally takes this long to ship something. Site says order is usually shipped within 5 days from time the order is placed. It’s been well over 5 days. Sent 3 emails with no response yet.
As of July 21, 2025, purchase is still in being prepared mode and no contact from the company continues as well.

If you are expecting normal service, do not order from this business. I’ve e-mailed about 5times, contacted them through IG and FB. No response. I did finally receive shipping information. But has been in pre-shipment for 2 weeks. It is 9/16 and I’ve been in pre-shipment since 9/4
