scam alert, i had paid then the app stop working

"free forever" until you make an account and they ask for 19 dollars

JUST AWFUL! Nothing works and their customer support is a disaster. I payed a plan, managed to convert one file (2,000+ words), and that was pretty much it. The converter stopped working and then the actions menu just disappeared from the screen. It's been 5 days since I first wrote to customer support and didn't get any useful answer. It takes them approx. 24 hours to reply to a message and when they reply they keep asking me to send them a video of the issue. I keep sending the video and they keep saying they didn't get it :)))))) The app is still not working, so I asked for a refund ... two days ago. They finally answered today asking me to confirm that I want a refund :)))) OMG!!! Never seen anything like this!

I am a paying customer of NR and have used it to read an audio book (100+ pages).

The new AI voices are ok, but they lack in customization (other than speed).

Adding the text and arranging it to read is very tedious and user error prone. The web interface is filled with small to really big bugs.

They have have an issue that making subtitles random/useless.

Support it terrible. They may answer you or NOT!

Lately I could not use their product because what I think is a server overload on their side. The response after days/weeks from support was to "clear the browser cookies". Absolutely preposterous!

Do not recommend!

- No easy way to login from the home page
- App randomly stops reader when I'm on a run and phone is in pocket
- Very buggy web app, endless loading, very slow to respond
- Can't delete more than one book at once
- Often the page just freezes up when loading a book, nothing happens for 15 mins+
- Changing voice can freeze the web app
- Web app struggles with books more than a few MB in size
- Changing the voice often results in the icon spinning for 15 mins+
- Download mp3 is sketchy and doesn't update your work limit live. It randomly will run out and flip to 0.
- Download mp3 sometimes fails but still counts the words towards your word download limit.

I am having terrible experience with this product. I purchased it through my Apple ID, and everything was fine until it suddenly stopped working. Despite showing all the necessary receipts for my subscription to prove my purchase and describing the issue, the only solution offered was to create a new account with same email instead of using my Apple ID to log in. Shockingly, that didnt work. The lack of proper support and the inability to resolve such a simple issue is incredibly frustrating.

This company is corrupt and Google is helping them. For some reason there are no google reviews available for this company when I wanted to write a review because when I tried to contact the company to make a complaint about the website crashing and erasing my essay twice and library, on the same day although I continuously manually, saved my work as well, as noticed that natural claims to save every 30 seconds, but it doesn’t. I soon came to find that this website which claimed to want to help SpLD students don’t even have a customer service they A.I bots to reply customers. Which is disgusting for a subscription business. I have been using this software for months now and now because of this everything is ruined.

Costly, lots of hassles. Works ok with very simple texts, but requires a lot of editing to have a good reading experience (skip, reading contextual informations like page numbers, copyright informations, headers and footers, etc.).

Promising though, but not quite there yet (not for the price).

rip off from different services the voices they provide is microsoft's voiceses they just make money of them. You can access all the voices for free online you don't need to pay them.

Natural Reader struggles (skips over) most text that is in a bullet list on websites. Not what you expect for £50.

YOu must pay $600 per year to be able to use the text to speech on youtube. However, the voices are less good that the Google voices.
