Cabin was clean and tidy--View was wonderful. Our time in the cabin was comfortable and pleasant. I appreciated the the texts and emails (and even one call to make sure all our questions were answered) before, during and after our stay making sure all was well. There was only two things that could have been improved--there is no step stool to aid in getting into the hot tub ( I used my husband's tool box) and since we had dogs with us, a fresh mowing in front of the cabin would have helped. Overall, I am very pleased and would stay again.

The condo is fantastic. It's very roomy and comfortable. Large rooms and hallways. And the location is as good as it gets - we were able to walk to everything in town.

Everything was clean and we had everything we needed. The cabin was somewhat secluded, but close to town. The partnership with Xplori was a big bonus for saving money on activities.

Rental was just as described. While the cleaning fee was more than we’ve paid previously, it also was much less stressful than other rentals we’ve been in for check out so we found it worth the extra cleaning costs. Beds were comfy and there were extra pillows/blankets. The little bags/boxes containing cleaning and personal care supplies was a much appreciated bonus. There were books a plenty, board games, and even a coloring book with colored pencils. Plenty of kitchen cookware, utensils, dishes. Decorations were nice even though I did have to move some trinkets out of reach of our toddler (nothing I wouldn’t have expected to need to childproof). If you do have little ones and you’re concerned of steps, you could easily bring 2 baby gates to keep little ones away. (A total of 4 baby gates could work). We loved the screened in porches on the main level. I would stay again without hesitation.

Well appointed unit and great location. Really convenient to the Village gondola which was what we were looking for. There were only 2 of us (Me and my son) so plenty of room. Arrival information provided was strait forward and easy. Exactly as advertised and would definitely repeat.

An amazing place to stay with such amazing responsive hosts! I would definitely stay here again not only because how beautiful the home was but it’s also very relieving to have a host who is always responsive and so great to you!

Unlike any other VRBO experience - Natural Retreats is like having your own concierge. The house was nice on the outside and beautiful on the inside. Master Bedroom and Bathroom are massive. Hot Tub was great. Attached 2 car garage so nice to have in MT. Prefect for a large family or 3 couples.

Beautiful beach house. You can see the water and hear the sounds of the waves from the multiple decks. Boardwalk access right to the beach from the backyard. We loved this quiet, private, gated community and will definitely go back.

We had such a great time at Big View! Beautiful place with an amazing view and super-easy access to the slopes. Would 100% recommend.

Recently stayed at Krystal Villa in Ketchum Idaho. Was a lovely 2 bedroom condo, well maintained & stocked. The best part was the location - walking distance to the mountain, for winter skiing or summer hiking and also close enough to the main part of Ketchum

The location was perfect, right on the ski run. It was very close to all the restaurants we visited. The hot tub was great. The house had everything we needed. The house was clean. The host answered all my questions right away!!

I LOVED our stay omg. We booked 3 nights at the Creekhouse 1583 in Mammoth Lakes and it was so much better than expected. House had so many amenities and I really loved that they send a welcome guide so you dont have to do any research on the surrounding areas and city offers

Everything was great ! Clean,spacious, well stocked !!! Will be back next year !! Thx again !

Rentals were great. Did not like the idea of having to call when something was needed. I was usually on hold for a little and they took a while to respond. I asked for 2 homes next to each other or across from one another. Got 2 homes across from each other but only accessible with a 10 minute walk or short drive. Overall the properties were nice and clean.

Natural Retreats is a superb company to rent through. Their team is professional and helpful, and they have the best rentals available! I will not hesitate to rent with them again.

Hello Friends! This was our 2nd year renting this home the house was amazingly nice and in the best location. We will definitely want to book it again next year.

We'd love to share some minor feedback and improvements from our stay this year. Please see below:

1. Garage Door Opener not provided
2. Master Bath Shower Head has no pressure
3. Master bath drain clogged
4. Non stick frying pan inoperable
5. Right Dishwasher was not cleaning
6. Freezer was not functioning
7. Bar ice maker was not working

Great property for our group size and great views!

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Do NOT recommend. The hot tub was half full upon arrival and shot water at our faces when we tried to use it. Huge disappointment and would NEVER recommend using natural retreats. I called their team to see if they could do anything and they argued with me trying to tell me it was full when I have video evidence it was not. This is the WORST experience I’ve had a lot a vacation rental ever. RENT FROM SOMEONE ELSE. Very DISAPPOINTING.
