good product, very poor ordering experience. Abandoned a follow up order, as no support given.

My cockapoo loves this flavour and it smells ok when defrosted. I tend to buy a variety of flavours to give him a balanced diet and this works well. He is happy and healthy and thriving on the Naturaw diet. Ordering is easy and delivery is on time with DPD. Thank you.
