terrible game, the game manager would stolen you in game materials

Betrifft Blade & Soul.
Seit Jahren werden kein Bugs mehr beseitigt, die Echtgeldpreis im Shop steigen in das Unerträgliche.
Völlig falsche Tooltips, die seit Jahren nicht uptodate sind.
Das Spiel stürzt sehr oft ab, einfach so. Also es schließt sich einfach.
Bei Start des Spieles wartet man echt vier Minuten, bis es geladen ist. Ist man dann endlich im Charakterauswahl-Bildschirm und klickt auf Charakter spielen, dauert es nocheinmal 1 1/2 Minuten bis man endlich spielen kann.
Die Grafik und die Details der NPCs und der Landschaften ist grandios. Die Geschichte ist genial.Echt Spitze.
Schade daß der grauenhafte technische Hintergrund das Spiel fast zerstört.

I have never played a game developed by this company nor have I downloaded one. They began taking amounts of $2.49 out in rapid succession until my account was drained. The moment more money was put my account, it began again.
Their fraud support was even more underhanded. They claimed to have sent emails that were not sent and wanted information regarding my banking accounts that had nothing to do with the issue!
Stay away!!!

Please guys dont pay money to NC SOFT COMPANY - customer support is below zero.
I wish all employes NCsoft to get same treatment in real life like their customer support - i hope karma will work same way.
I spend 4500 EUR on their salaries.
I get scammed in game.
I wrote on support - they just dont give a chance to get in the case - just copy paste solutions.
The scammer HAVE TO BE BANNED - instead i get answer "sorry thats your problem" and the scammer is selling my items on server.
So please be aware of this COMPANY.
Dont be stupid and dont waste your money when problem happend, you are not customer just another number in their system.
I am realy sad about this - how they treat a man who is spending money on their products!

I paid alot of money to get to Aransu, and then they run an event where everyone gets GC for free (which is better than Aransu).

But this happened while I took a break.

When I asked them to hook me up with it, they refused.

So I spent over $3,000 on this piece of crap company game that ended up making me less than the majority of the entire player base.

They don't care about their players and therefore, I suggest playing other games and not wasting time with them.

Better yet, play the private servers and support them instead.

everything is instaling in other disc than I selected. I wanted to instal game on disc D, but no matter what I do, this crap still is instaling on disc C where's no place for it

Horrible customer support who has no idea about the product they are providing support for.

Always canned copy-paste answers with solutions that have nothing to do whatsoever with the problem at hand.

Their support given me wrong advice which caused damage to me by setting me back through losses due to the wrong advice given.

Their product has a lot of bugs and during their scheduled and unscheduled maintenance quite often things go wrong and you loose invested time & items due to their mistakes.

Afterwards you do not even get any form of compensation for their errors but yet again one of those canned answers that have nothing to do with this at all.

So, NCSoft is the company behind the popular bribery scam called, "Guild Wars 2." How does this scam work? Glad you asked - pull up a chair and get educated:

First of all, NCSoft reels you in by letting you play Guild Wars 2 (GW2) for free, minus certain optional (required) features. You like the game, so you buy it - you think. But you've only bought the shell of the game. You soon realize that in order to really play the game you have to pay $$$ for certain upgrades, and so you buy those upgrades. And more upgrades. And more. And suddenly you've spent a lot of money on a game you supposedly already bought.

Then you try to log in one day, but you can't - you contact customer support as to why, and they tell you you've been banned because of cheating. What?!? What cheating? They won't say. Read the 'Terms and Conditions.' They can ban you whenever they want and you can't do a thing about it.

But you really like the game so you buy it AGAIN and try extra hard not to do anything that might even be considered cheating and...they ban you again. "What the actual hell?!?" you demand, but they tell you you were cheating again. "Prove it!" you say and they reply that they don't have to - read the terms and conditions, etc, etc.

Now, any sane person would cut their losses right here, but you so LOVE the game that you create a third account - you're just shoveling money at these grifters, now, and you WALK ON EGGSHELLS to make sure absolutely nothing you do could possibly be considered cheating, and then you discover - other players cheating - blatantly and fragrantly. So you do you duty as a good citizen and report this naked cheating. NCSoft replys with a polite thank you, and that they'll look into it. Good for you!

However, you then see the same players cheating away, day after day, without consequences. You inquire to NCSoft - "Hey, I reported this player for cheating, I gave you recorded video of the player cheating, I gave you screen shots of the player admitting they were cheating and laughing about it, but you've done nothing." They reply that they're looking into it.

Days become weeks become months - there's that cheater, gleefully cheating and dancing on your corpse. You finally mention it to another player and you're hit with, "Oh yeah, those players are bribing the refs at NCSoft to let them cheat - common knowledge." WHAT!?! Wasn't common enough that *you* knew about it, but whatever.

And is any of this illegal, immoral, forbidden? Nope - read the terms and conditions. NCSoft can lie, cheat, steal and accept any and all bribes for permission to cheat wholesale and there isn't a thing you can do about it little sheep. And the folks at NCSoft are laughing all the way to the bank in their expensive new cars. Think you can afford to bribe NCSoft as well so you can merrily cheat? Think again - basic cheat permissions run 4 figures. A month. Wonder why that zero level fighter just murdered you while you did zero damage to him? Because IRL, he's rich enough to buy some nerd at NCSoft a new car.

So wealthy folks rejoice! You can finally bribe your way to gaming greatness. Everyone else, find another game.

Don't waste time and money on this crooked company.

Pre-ordered Aion got the collector's edition upgrade and paid a monthly subscription.

Got to the top lvl Just for them to delete my account when it goes free to play, not for doing anything wrong no they just don't care about paying customers and didn't bother to migrate my account didn't even get an email.

The support is trash just said can't recover the account but here make a new one.

Absolutely thoroughly detest NCSOFT over their treatment of their customers and titles. Essentially corporate raiders. Little more than greed and nothing of substance. I will never, ever commit a single dollar to another NCSOFT title.

The only 5 star ratings for this company are from employees or their family members. This company is so narcissistic that they literally have a server and a game that people spent years playing and they refuse to keep it alive bc of arrogance and ego (City of Heroes read up on it) . I will never buy a game from this company again and neither should you.

Totally garbage. Support is horrible. And they ban random accounts for no reason and refuse to review their decisions, even if it is a mistabe on her side. Got a 8 years old ncsoft account closed stating that I was a gold seller, which is false. I even had premium membership, and multiple purchases on my account with real money and they claim that I was gold selling, while literally everything in the game costs in game gold or real money, even carries to high level raids are paid in gold to high level players. So you end banned for playing the game the way its intended.

Never playing again anything from ncsoft. Worst game company ever. They should be banneed from US.

Bad customer support

I've tried for 10 days to get my accounts with vip 3 pack in l2 classic NA Giran server.

But all i get is a preset answers over and over.

Great game, bust customer care is really a joke.

Honestly the worst customer service I've ever received

they ruined their own great games due to their greed I hate this company

My account got locked (banned) for (I assume) having Corsair/Razer/Microsoft mouse and keyboard firmwares (when the game launched masses of people got banned and unbanned weekly). While the ban got lifted I lost some of my subscription time.

I asked their support what I should be avoiding and they were not willing to disclose how they find cheating apps (actual question and reply). This was a long email chain that took place over a month. Support wasn't very cooperative in general.

I cut my losses and haven't touched their games since.

EDIT (update): As soon as GDPR went into power, I used it to force their hand and reveal the reasons for the ban. They basically said they detected patterns that would imply the use of macro and not any specific app. Make of that what you will.

Nu har jeg spillet i mange år, og jeg er tilfreds. Jeg betaler over paypal, så det er sikkert og godt hver gang. Der er aldrig sket fejl når jeg har "handlet" hos dem. :)
