We are very sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate you taking the time to leave feedback.

Unfortunately, invoices on our system can only be generated once an order has been dispatched. We understand how frustrating this may be, particularly when shipping to Amazon fulfilment centres, however this is currently a system limitation rather than a refusal to provide documentation.

We have also been unable to locate any unanswered emails relating to your enquiry. Please could you forward any previous correspondence to sales@nda-toys.com for the attention of Raj so that we can investigate this properly.
