Shopping as it should be
My wife and I recently made a special trip to the Neptune store in Cheltenham to try out some patio furniture which we had seen on their website. We were not disappointed, either by the furniture or by the care and attention shown to us by Joy, who guided us through the entire process from start to finish. We never felt pressured or in any hurry, and in the end, we were so pleased to have found a set of furniture which looks beautiful and which suited our needs perfectly. We would whole heartedly recommend Neptune, and in particular the wonderful Cheltenham store and equally wonderful Joy for making the whole experience so effortless and enjoyable.

Bathroom sink cabinet and taps
This arrived at our house last week and our plumber was contracted to fit.
The job is done but there was a problem with the tap fittings and our plumber had to go out and get some replacements.The flexible hoses were the problem. They were too long to use in figure 1 and not long enough in figure2 when used with the marble top on the Chichester unit. This meant it was not the easy job for the plumber and this needs to be addressed in design for fitting.

Wonderful service and delivery
Excellent and very helpful designer in Cheltenham store which we conducted by emails. I was undecided on paint colour for my Henley tv cabinet but the one I eventually choose is perfect and I am just thrilled with this beautifully made piece of furniture so right for my room.
The delivery drivers were courteous, efficient and very helpful, and arrived early which was great.
I have a chest of drawers on order which is coming beginning of March so I am confident the standard will be as high.

Efficient Service
The ladies at your Cheltenham store were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. I purchased candles in store but had two large trifle bowls ordered on line. The items arrived two days later - a very efficient service!

Very efficient service
Very efficient service, staff were friendly and very helpful. Staff phoned to tell me of delivery date and the driver phoned 30 mins beforehand and unpacked the furniture and took away all the cardboard.

Great store staff, head office not so…
Ordered a console table from Neptune Cheltenham. Firstly, the team at the Cheltenham branch really are fantastic. The item was out of stock with a six week lead time, and they kept us constantly updated so a huge thank you to them.
However, the experience with the delivery side was quite the opposite. The six weeks became eight weeks (due to import problems) and then a long back log of deliveries meant we finally got the item ten weeks after order. In itself, not the end of the world but trying to book the delivery was so stressful. We said when it was ordered that we couldn’t do Wednesdays. Lo and behold, we were told that they could only deliver on a Wednesday. Round and round we went until finally, two weeks later, they agreed to a Monday. To be fair, even the store seemed bemused and did offer to accept delivery at the store and deliver from there, but it was a far more painful experience than we have had from Oka who just seem to get customer service right. Probably why they got the bulk of our spend on the house renovation. It’s a shame because we really want to like Neptune more… love the stores… but it’s just feels it needs to up its game to match the premium prices.

Completely understand your frustrations and the fact our Neptune delivery service hasn't quite gone to plan and met your expectation, this isn't the norm and from the other reviews on here people will be able to see that. Sadly we do only deliver to your area on a Wednesday however exceptions can be made and we at Neptune should have looked at this more closely and found an answer in a timely manner. Such a shame that the end of the journey experience put pay to all the hard work that the store in Cheltenham had gone to, but understand the score of three stars as its a whole journey from store to delivery. Hopefully in the future maybe you'll return to Neptune and have a better full round experience. Thank you again for your custom best wishes Lee, Store Leader Cheltenham. P.S. I will make sure your feedback is fully understood and past on to the operations team at Neptune.

Always great service from Neptune Cheltenham, but especially so this time, Joy was so helpful with my order over the phone. Delighted with my purchase of Bowsley dessert plates, and the sweet bonbon bowl, love my free fig candle too of course!

Superb service from the Cheltenham store. Beautiful wall lights that arrived 3 weeks earlier than expected thanks to the helpful staff (Joy) at the store. Will definitely be shopping with them again.
