Over the years, we’ve been trying to come up with the best way to say, “Hello, we’re Neptune, and this is who we are.” It’s easy to learn that we’re an interiors brand – our stores, and our website will tell you that in no time. But while our designs are a huge part of who we are, ‘the why’ and ‘the how’ almost matter more than ‘the what’. It’s easy to tell you what we do, it’s harder to explain why. The shop was totally beautiful. Lovely experience walking slowly around, everything displayed beautifully and so many ideas to be had in store.

Very flexible with our delivery dates…
Very flexible with our delivery dates as we had to change it a number of times and the delivery drivers were excellent.
There is a slight damage, but Neptune took care of us and made the overall experience excellent

What a beautiful store
The staff. They were so helpful, kind, patient and eased my stress by solving a tricky predicament.

Cautious in placing order in store due to previous disappointing experience. However, the assistant who placed my order and provided reassurance regarding follow up was very helpful and professional. I placed my order on Monday and the item was delivered the following Friday. The team who made the delivery were excellent and I just could not fault how respectful they were. Five star service by both store and delivery teams. Thank you.
