Store is inviting to look around . Staff helpful and informative and always offer you a coffee . The furniture is of the highest quality and so is all the other products they sell .

Its a miserable wet Monday in August, and I had seen that Neptune had a sale on, so popped in to get some wonderful washing up liquid, and I was offered a coffee! That was so welcoming, the most delicious coffee arrived in one of Neptune’s fabulous cup and saucers! I was served by a lovely young woman (Shannan) and got some excellent items (I also had to buy a cup and saucer!) I love the quality and harmonious displays and often go just to get some inspiration!

Always a pleasure visiting this store. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. Small hiccup with light shades, but happily sorted.

I pop into Neptune whenever I can get to Hailsham.
I already have their Chichester kitchen, a couple of their dining tables, sideboard, consul tables and coffee
tables. I can always find an excuse to buy their faux flowers, candles, soap etc and paint.
I am always greeted with friendliness and politeness
and the staff are unfailingly helpful,
and always have an enjoyable visit.

Visited the Hailsham store recently and all of the staff were very welcoming and incredibly helpful. Having just started a home renovation project, I was very impressed in particular with Shannon’s help and knowledge that she has on your all products. Shannon was easy to talk to and helped me purchase some lovely items. I have a feeling I will be spending a lot more time (and money) in your store in the future. Thanks Shannon for your assistance.

Excellent customer service, and quick delivery

We took our daughter, who has just bought a flat, to the Hailsham branch. We've used this branch to refurbish our kitchen and have bought several other items of furniture. The service has always been professional and friendly. Our daughter fell in love with the store and bought several items. As usual the service was first class. We will be returning.
